So i go into Wendy's order a classic bacon egg and cheese NO meat read my lips NO meat what do i get one thing charged $8 dollars and something and extra bacon this was Saturday june 18 around 10:15 so they not only messed up NO meat and it said on the bill NO bacon then 3 pieces so NO meat means add extra and charge more
This location seemed unprepared for their breakfast menu when a rush happened. I usually get lunch there and it's much better!
Went up to the drive thru and I couldnt have my order taken because the ONLY employee in the store was the the cook (doesn't know how to work cash). Very illegal to have only one employee in the store, needs a minimum of two people. Dumbest experience of my life. I feel very bad for the only employee working there this morning, he should get credit for showing up to work.
Worst wendys in kingston, i was only one inside and no drive through , front counter women was rude and seemed to not wanna be there, also checked my order to make sure it was all there and still missed my frys in the order i dont know how you miss a simple order , even mcdonalds can do better then this
Finally. Breakfast. And honestly, it's great if anyone is wondering. Not overly greasy like most breakfast sausage, which is super nice.
I contacted food poisoning from this specif wendy's. I ordered a southwest chicken salad. Food poisoning is absolutely horrible. I called the restaurant and the manager was awful to me. She didn't believe me, then she argued that it wasn't from them, then she got mad because I didn't call her on the exact day I contacted it. Absolutely terrible management, I'm in disbelief. Absolutely rude. Don't go here if you can avoid it. If I could give no stars I would.
waited ten minutes to get an order of poutine and chili. got home.. approximately 20 french fries and in the so called poutine. what a joke. $5.00 plus for nothing. called all three restaurants and no answer and hangups. makes you wonder who is running this. they aren't servicing the customer they are giving them as little as possible and charging as much as they can.
