This location is always very hit or miss. A complete waste of money, you pay $1 extra for cream cheese on a bagel and get almost none, absolutely ridiculous!
Order and extra large and you get this. Waste of money, so charge extra 30 cents to give me the same amount as a large ??
Always great service at this location but continual lack of proper use of dispensary trays. In a time where the positive numbers are as high as they are this should be a bigger focus.
It always seems hit or miss at this location. Sometimes everything’s fines, sometimes the food is just wrong. Most of the employees are good and if you go at off peak hours it should be good but I’ve had too many examples of not honouring reward points, wrong orders, giving my order to someone else then upcharging me for that item now being out of stock, etc.
Worst Tim Hortons ever! Horrible customer service. Horrible food. If their not messing up your order their forgetting half of it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And I will not be returning EVER!!
This was/is the very first Tim Hortons. Located in Hamiltion, Ontario at 65 Ottawa Street North & Dunsmurr Road.
Staff were astonishingly kind, especially the baker who was on shift this evening. Most positive Tims experience I have had in years.
This is definitely one of the best run Tim's locations in K-Town. Looks clean on both sides of the counter and staff are friendly and welcoming. Good job you guys! :-)

The Baker is greatBut the rest of the staff are slow and usually are more concerned about the drive thru that they leave customers literally standing there for 5 10 LONG minutes BEFORE THEY EVEN NOTICE anybody's there
