Staff are fantastic, accuracy is 100% and the flavour is classic timmies.Only downside is that this location has the worst designed DriveThru (parallel to train tracks, tight turns not enough room for the morning rush) and the state of the parking lot after winter (1ft deep potholes at entry).
The selection of in store hardware was good. The sales associate knew his stuff and was not pushy. I think pricing is about as good as it gets. If you already know what you want its best to check online for deals including coupons and pre order for pick up in store. Can get a bit slow with the number of staff on hand but not unreasonable.

I was served by a young gentleman I believe his name was Liam, I ordered an icecapp and he not only made an exceptional icecapp but he also delivered top quality customer service. I will definitely be coming back :)
Avoid this location at all costs. Drive 3 minutes down the street to the other one. Owners pockets must run deep.
The service was rude, they were out of grilled chicken, apple cinnamon tea and we waited more than 10 minutes for one sandwich and some potato wedges.
This location is completely incompetent of making a single ice capp properly this is the third time I have received an ice cap not blended properly and undrinkable. This location does not even deserve a one star I will not be returning after this experience. Photos below are from two different days both not blended properly)
Terrible place to go for coffee. When their debit machine is down (which is fine it happens from time to time) they don’t post any signs saying it’s down. They will let u sit in the drive through for 15 minutes (because they are so slow) and then they will let u order your food and still not tell u you their debit is down then when u proceed to go pay for it they tell u their debit is down. So the young kid working the drive thru says it’s ok it’s on us today which was nice of him (shout out to that kid) but the KAREN in the back proceeded to tell him that they don’t give anything away for free and if I can’t get cash then it’s my problem not their problem well it’s not my problem because it’s not my business and they will not get my business again. Just want to add I feel bad for everyone that has to work at that location with KAREN.
Good products but very slow service .in all fairness they are training but twenty one mins a little long for a cup of coffee
Lineup is usually out on the road impeding traffic in both directions, parking lot is always a headache to try to get in and out, the line on this one actually moves relatively decently
