Drive thru was long, like always, so I went in but I should have known better as I have had nothing but bad experiences going in at this location or at any tims for that matter. I go in and stand for about 2 minutes before anyone took my order. I order a small iced coffee and that is it but apparently that was too challenging for some of the incompetent employees of this restaurant. Stood off to the side as I waited for my order, and waited for over 15 minutes, while I watched other people WHO ORDERED AFTER ME, receive their food/drinks in fairly reasonable time. The girl making the coffee could clearly see me waiting and looked at me multiple times, but did nothing to make sure I was being served or seemed to care in the slightest. I continued to wait, as it was quite busy, but eventually decided to confront the girl who kept looking at me and asked (politely) what was going on with my order. She looked at the screen and said she didn't see my order (probably because I had been waiting so long it got kicked off) and the young man who took my order stepped in and told her my order and that I had indeed been waiting for quite some time. The lady then STILL DID NOT MAKE MY COFFEE, which would have taken her less than 30 seconds, so the young lad stopped taking orders and went and made my coffee quickly, and as he was doing so the lady yelled at him and told him to go back to taking orders. He gave me my coffee and wished me good day, and I thanked him, feeling bad for probably the only decent worker in the place. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service, might not return to this location at all, but if I do I will only ever do drivethru for sure.
Tasty donuts and very cheap dozen!
The restaurant is allegedly open until 11pm, but when I arrived at 10:15pm at the drive thru, I attempted to order a bagel from a gentleman. He tried to explain to me that Hot Food wasn’t available at that time, but a woman cut him off and proceeded to be extremely rude, condescending and aggressive about me trying to order my bagel. A simple explanation would have sufficed, but her reaction was incredibly rude and uncalled for. If she had let the employee speak, there wouldn’t have been an issue, but whoever this woman was clearly did not understand the concept of customer service or human decency. I will never return to this location, and will probably seek out other late-night restaurants that accurately display their hours over Tim’s because of how negative my experience was. If you’re unable to order anything an hour before closing, what’s the point of being open. It shouldn’t be the customers issue about how your closing procedures happen, and menu items should always be available as advertised on your operating hours.Absolutely would not recommend this location.
I don’t even know where to begin, first off, terrible service every single time I go in, never have any iced coffee and their hot coffee is constantly burnt. I asked for a bagel BELT on a whole wheat bagel and was told “uhhhhh no” they only had 2 types of bagels at the time so I picked one l, received my sandwich completely sloppy I had to put it back together myself. Insanely unhappy with how things are run here not to mention the last time I walked in there were multiple staff members yelling at each other and it was just complete chaos. What a zoo.
Constantly out of basic menu items and drive through times are insane.

Advertising new sandwiches so as I am a vegetarian I chose the one with no meat. Got home and opened the sandwich up and both sides of the bun were burnt. Looked at the other one bought and the same thing..burnt! They need better quality control!!! Called the store they offered a $20.00 card to be used when convenient. Very happy with their response!!!!!
