Always slow. Often wrong. Just terrible, honestly. Cant roll a wrap to save their lives.
Went through drive through asked for a Bagel butter n cream cheese. Cream cheese didn't even cover a quarter of the bagel.They have all gone down hill so bad it's pathetic doubt I'll be going back and I have always been a timmies fan. But lately I'm looking elsewhere
Absolute garbage. My coffe was cold, got my order wrong. Staff rolled their eyes at me when I asked them, ASKED, to fix it. The supervisor just shrugged. Never going back.
Awful service. Extremely long waits. Ice Capp machine frequently broken. No regular hours, and they never post their hours on the store. Randomly close their inside access without warning. Go to any other location. Trash.
Long waits. Poor service and often mess up the details of orders as simple as adding butter or heating/toasting items
They never seem to have Cold Brews... But service is fast and friendly!
Could be improved. And I don't just mean the coffee.In the seldom times I head there for a coffee, I always regret it after I drive away and take a sip. I don't know the difference between burnt coffee, or whatever they serve. But everywhere else seems to pull it off, why can't they?All I can say is these guys are lucky to still be here on base.
This place from the road looked like it was swamped, and when we got there the drive thru line was extensive so I decided to go in to order , when I was in the store was empty, think I only waited minutes to place my order, there was 3-4 staff and all were busy working away, the store was super clean with to patrons dining in. If you don't mind parking and going in the staff here PAY ATTENTION to you when you approach the counter , my opinion is "I recommend"
They are very slow waiting at least 15 minutes to get a coffee.
Once again, I received my sandwich at lunch from this Tim Hortons and drove back to work, just to find that I had mistakenly ordered the Charcoal-Briquette turkey bacon sandwich. I asked for double toasted. Not, could you please place my sandwich on a bed of ashes. Always something wrong with my meals at this location.
