So this is a horrific tims location, consistently the worst one I've been to in town. I don't think I've ever once had a positive experience here; every time I go no matter which one I pick drivethru or going in (both are almost always very busy) service is unacceptably slow and poor. Their drivethru gets so long and slow I see people back out of it regularly after not moving at all for minutes at a time, and I have seen lineups inside coming out the door (sometimes both of those occurrences at once). This is due to the fact that they never have more than one person taking orders at once - a common theme at tims locations and an increasing number of other fast food places - and the one person taking orders will walk away for at least 30 seconds after every customer, like come on!! I have also had my order messed up here multiple times and am pretty sure I was charged wrong a few as well. I've brought items back a few times due to them being wrong, or in once case a poorly mixed/bad iced capp, and was given a hard time almost every time. Aside from being in a fairly central location, there is absolutely nothing good about this restaurant and it is a good tims to stay away from; if you read other reviews as well you will see many people agree and are saying much the same things I am here.

Very disappointed. I was served a burnt sandwich. Went back to reorder the same sandwich and they messed up the order again by adding bacon. Turned around the third time jst so the could do it right. The lack of care is so disappointing. Could not speak to the manager since no one was available

Got stuck in the drive thru lineup which was not even 3 pm rush for 40 minutes. Window is suggested that they were going to lock the doors for to Walk in and take out the order that they put more staff on. When I got to the window they couldn't even find my order which was just a simple bag all that I had ordered that was in the app for a dollar. The manager sassed me and said they were 3 people not robots. He Also ask me if I would like a shirt referring to work there, I worked in coffee for 11 years a 150 cars per hour 25 seconds for car was in goal not 40 minutes . I would Highly recommend to stay Away From this location an order another one that is more polite and better service

If you love being late for anything, then this is the location for you! No joke 20 minutes to clear the drive through. After the 3rd time with these 20 minute wait times, I just gave up on this location. To be fair I visited Weeks apart and at different times of day to give them a fair chance. Didn't make a difference. Sloooooooow

Always a staple place to go. Has been there a long time. Staff taking orders are always very pleasant.

Always ask for a Dark Roast , double-double. You'll no regret it

New sandwiches could use more meat. I had both a roast beef and a turkey/ham and both were light on meat.Also, I ask for 1/2 sugar and it’s still as sweet as a pop. ?Edit: when I went back I asked if they could do double meat. Turns out they can and I think it’s a good value at $2.50So I’m adding a star.

Service is usually quick, except for during the morning rush (sometimes you wait two minutes, sometimes you wait 15), but I've been there a couple times when they were out of things like buns, certain muffins, and different types of teas. Staff are great though! And the drivethru has two lanes, which is nice.

Absolutely disgusted!! **side note, I work at a DAYCARE CENTER** I am on my way to work at 6am yesterday, maybe 3 cars in the drive thru counting myself, so not busy at all. It was pitch black outside so I couldn't see what my bagel was wrapped in. I get to work and see it is wrapped in a USED and FILTHY bag with a chocolate chip stain (I only got the bagel). To top it off I open the bag and there is an old muffin wrapper and napkin INSIDE the bag!Absolutely never coming to this location again.Most disgusting thing I have ever seen especially during COVID and putting myself along with 53 children and 17 staff at risk ? This has been level 1 reported to the Head Office and the women who gave it to me was described.
