They were absolutely great, today most of Kingston had a power outage and so this location was one of the only stores open, they were swamped but still managed to only take approximately 20 minutes to take my order and get me on my way. Oh yeah and did I mention this was with 5 people up front
Most staff at this Tim's continue to be unaware of the words "please" & "thank -you" and unable to smile. Some of the female staff are pleasant & friendly but the males mostly are glum and grumpy.
Went for coffee and they still got it wrong, didn't have any donuts or briscit. They were to busy talking and laughing instead of working, the donuts we did get looked so old we threw them out..
Used Drive Thru, quick and got the order right, great service. Probably best Tims in Kingston.
Absolutely LOVE this location! Erin and Tricia are always a delight in the morning! My husband and I go there almost every morning during the week and I am always so tired taking him to work, but their energy always changes my mood and makes for a better start to my day. Never had any mistakes with my order and they are always super kind and efficient. Thank you for making our mornings so much better ?
I'm a regular customer so when I get to register for my order they already know what I'm there for, always efficient. They try there best to serve as many people both the patient and inpatient one's fast as they can, but we all know how busy Timmy's get ! ??
In person service takes second place to the drive-through. Accepted my order and charged me for fruit juice drink but suggested I change it as the fruit juice machine broken and a lot of trouble to refund my credit card.
I had one of the worst experiences today at this location I ordered a cheese bagel with herb and cheese cream cheese and I wait 10 minutes as my bagel was done after 5 and sat there because she didn't hand it to me I understand that staffing is an issue but the way this person dealt with the food was wrong. I also watched another employee put lids away with touching the lids and handling them with her hands touching the mouth spot not nice to watch ? very disappointing visit
Usually drive through is fairly quick, however order is often incorrect if getting more than 1 or 2 items. Don't get steeped tea here as over half the time you can tell it's been badly diluted, seems like half the cup is tea and the rest filled with water.
