Do not order from here over mobile. It won't show up on their screen, you'll be sitting there for 40 minutes, and when you go up to see what is taking so long, you'll find out they have no idea what you are talking about, and even after the person behind the counter triple checks what your order is with you, you still get handed the wrong thing. I get it's busy, but that is ridiculous.
Like any other Tim Hortons, but less in cleanliness. Need to be improved
Horrible customer service, It literally feels like you offended them by coming in here. They don’t make eye contact and make very short mumbled responses.A lot of the time they don’t speak a word to you from the moment you enter, until you leave. Like not even when you give them your order. Very weird, I only come here cause it’s the closest.
Nice location and up to date. But went and they didn’t have anything I wanted to order and the people working there were very awkward and not friendly at all. So I ended up leaving to find another place to eat. It was an unfortunate experience.
They’re next to the lake, and one of my most favourite spots. I take my cup and go by the lake. They’ve always been great, and when dine-in is available, it’s a very good place to talk, think, and read. Like it there!
This Tims is super hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee is ok, sometimes it's burnt as hell or full of grounds. Just super inconsistent. Nice folks though.
The worst tim hortons in the kingston area hands down. I've never been to a buisness that has you order ahead, then proceeds to lock the doors and tell you "you have to phone to tell us your name " so they can bring the order out. Well unfortunatley tim hortons doesn't pay my phone bill.this is complete discrimination to anyone that doesn't have a mobile phone.No other establishment asks this of youYou can't have employees shutting the doors whenever they feel the need to. Especially when you have nothing but lazy individuals.
I just had the worst drive-thru experience of my life this afternoon at this location. I was literally dumbfounded how rude the tall female staff was serving at the window...I have never observed such horrible service at a restaurant before. I always am sure to be polite to the Tim Horton's staff as I know they work hard and have always been quick to defend when customers are rude for no reason...but dear god, this woman deserves whatever rudeness comes her way. Will not be returning here. Just awful.
Hard to rag on them, as they are working hard but man this Tim's is simply not delivering. Some of the longest wait times I have experienced in a TIm's.
I’ve Tried this Tim Hortons a few times and the service at this location is absolutely horrible for in store purchases.I stood at the Mobile order counter for 5 minutes and not one staff member offered to help until I had to ask for service.Each time I have visited this location the service is consistently BAD!
