Everything was great except butter was hard for muffin AS USUAL AND NO NAPKINS!!!!
Always busy it seems but the staff are great and the service is quick and rarely messed up.
everyone there is usually super nice, but there is one worker who is really really mean. it’s shocking

We pop in to this Tim's because it is so close and convenient. It's right on highway 15 before the 401 in Kingston and it's always busy. The emplyees are always friendly and the service is great. I do worry about it being attached to a gas station/convenience store because people, especially in the morning, go roaring through the pumps to the drive through without looking to see if someone is going to their car. I wish there was a more definite entrance, rather than cutting through the pumps. So if you stop there for your favorite beverage, keep your eyes open for fools rushing for their caffeine fix.

This location is convenient for us on the way to the lake and for people heading north out of Kingston towards Ottawa. Expectations are the same as any other Tim Horton's but I was disappointed they did not have any chocolate chip muffins but that's just me.
