Terrible service. Drive through times are long, store is frequently closed due to being short staffed. If you do manage to get inside, you might as well plan on waiting even longer since almost all staff are focused on the drive through. There have been multiple instances where the debit machine isn’t working and there is no sign until you get to the spot where you order in the drive through. By that point, people have been waiting quite a while and are also trapped and cannot leave. Common sense says that there should be a sign before that point. I’ve stopped going here. I tried to give this location a second chance after a couple of years of not visiting due to similar issues, but it only seems to have become worse.
This USED to be the best Tim Hortons in the 90s. Every time we come to this Tim's, at the mic they say they have an item (today it was specifically for a turkey bacon club sandwich) and when we get to the window, they said they ran out of bread. 2x the lady came to window asking what my fiancée would want in place of it. After repeating herself she agreed to have it on a wrap. They don't listen.
I feel sorry for the staff that appears to be trying they're best , under stressful conditions, but the customer experience is lessened by long waiting times and errors.
Quite a line up here when we were there. Very limited selection of muffins
Food is good bagels are really good especially the grilled cheese but when i ordered a lemonade there was coffee on the lid witch was very disgusting and when i was in the bathroom there was a worker she came out of the stall and didnt wash her hands and just proceed to go back to work. This is a health violation witch still disgusts me all doe the food is good
I used to go here daily when I lived in the area, never had an issue. They even fixed my order from another Tim Hortons, I ordered a double double, left the drive thru and realized afterwards they gave me a regular coffee. Went into this location, and they fixed it no questions asked.Of all the locations in Kingston, this one is probably the best overall.
It's getting better. New owners came in and all the staff left. Better by the day tho.
Such a poor service took 7 minutes for tea and bagel at the end I had to leave without food. Very poor
In and out quickly and with my order filled correctly. What more can you ask for?
Great place to have a coffee. Friendly and polite staff. I always love to have a fresh vanilla with cookies. Highly recommend this place and it's 24 hours open.
