I have went in to order Frozen lemonade or a French Vanilla cold brew for a couple times in last few weeks and they never had any of these. Their machine is broke and I return disappointed. They even charged my card for a beverage and later realise that they did not have it, thankfully they did refund the same. My question is why is this Tim Hortons outlet even open in Summers?
Bathroom is always disgusting, never clean and pee all over the place, I've waited a couple min to order when i was the only one in line, I dont know how many bagel BELTs I've ordered and clearly said NO tomato and still get tomatoes, not to mention the local riff raffs that love to loiter outside.... all in all worst Tim Horton's I've been to in the Kingston/1000 Island area
Service was prompt and morning line moved efficiently. Coffee was one of the freshest and tastiest I had at Timmies. What we requested in our coffees met our expectations and we enjoyed the coffees inside. Clean table and welcoming efficient staff.
Awful service, they had people lined up out the door waiting almost 10 minutes. Not only that, their debit was down but there was no signage about it, and they also failed to mention it to customers until after the customer were already waiting for their orders. Terrible customer service.
Pretty dodgy part of Kingston what with clients arguing in carpark, scroungers trying sell us trash & abusing us for declining their generous offers.Inside a queue some very busy staff and a supervisor.Usual high standard of drinks and snacks.
Hate that it the only Tim's in the ares. But in all honesty all of them are the same in the Kingston area. IF YOU WALAK IN, you don't matter. You can stand there and wait for someone to even say something as simple as I'll be with you in a minute for 10 minutes then after drive through is caught up they can take your order then they are quick to get you out the door even with 2 creams in my black with 2 sugars. Just to get you off there screen quickly so there IN HOUSE times are not to high. but really I've seen countless people walk out because of this. And since you don't have a drive through I do not understand why the wait is always so long anyway.
Althgh it was busy the line moved quick, staff was friendly and perky even this close to end of shift. Restaurant was clean as well. Very impressed with this location.
Maybe it’s just me. I come here often and normally my stuff is awesome.. today not so much…. So 2 stars is where I’m at because today I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on croissants (I figured they had sandwich style croissants for that like I’ve seen in the past)… but if THIS is how they present them… maybe Tim Hortons should remove that option from their menus to prevent people from being disappointed. Had I known this is how they were going to be assembled, I wouldn’t have paid the extra 60c each for a messy breakfast. I would have just gotten the English muffins.… very disappointed in my “breakfast salad” that I have. Nobody should order a breakfast in a croissant. Let this be a warning to anyone who thinks it might be a good idea.. iT ISNT!
Delicious and fresh food. We should support the local businesses to contributing and growing the Canada's economy together ❤
I was impressed by this Tim Hortons twice in a row! I wasn’t sure how it would be since it’s very out of date. But the coffee was served very well, fresh and hot. Then had a sandwich the next time and was the best Tim Hortons sandwich I’ve ever had. I was pleasantly surprised.
