They do not put sugar in the coffee and when they do, they refuse to stir it. It’s not that hard to make a coffee guys, try doing your job correctly. As for the breakfast sandwiches, we’ll sometimes they toast them and make them properly.
Service was very slow staff seemed to be there to chat with other staff with there own problem ls and Nothing to do with work related terrible service
My rating is for the day shift only. They are absolutely phenomenal at getting my order right, speed and quality of service are on cue and I just love the overall experience. It's hard to find nowadays. ♥️
Do not come here! Every time I have been here my order has been messed up. They are constantly out of items like iced coffee. I always pay for extra cream cheese on my bagel and there is never any, I have gone back and complained only to receive the same results again. The service is quite slow as well, very unsatisfied. Overall a bad Tim Hortons!
Food is good but If you go there past 730 pm for food don't expect to find anything. They said they are out of everything even timbits. I've tried them a few times with same result. Other then that they are a good place for a coffee.
Asked for a creamy chocolate chill and not one person working knew how to make one. The one member tried to follow directions and gave me a cup covered in chocolate syrup a runny disgusting drink
your customer service was unsuccessful, and when i asked for what i wanted you guys told me you didn’t have it. a customer behind me ordered what i wanted with no problem, the cashier was very rude. you guys need to get your things together.

Do NOT come here, it takes 30 minutes to get your food if you go through the drive thru (when there’s 3 cars), 25 if you go in (and there’s 2 people inside). My bagel was so burnt I couldn’t eat it and I had to go in to get another, only for the second one to ALSO be charred and barely edible. When I asked for a replacement the girl making bagels rolled her eyes at me. Don’t pay for the cream cheese either, it’s like they scraped it off with a knife. Its not worth the extra dollar and I feel scammed. Never coming here again, cant believe the rude staff and awful food.
