People are rude. I asked them to grill the crossaint. They don't wanna do it. I guess Cashier was new. But the sandwich maker girl said No''. I don't know her name but she was way too rude. It happened on Jul 18, 2022 @5:30.
I ordered a bowl and the cashier punched it in as a wrap, they tried to give me the wrap and I said it that I has ordered a bowl. Then they proceeded to ask me to pay the extra 1 dollar and 30 cents for the bowl, I offered to just take the wrap but they made me buy the bowl and they kept the wrap for a staff member to eat after. So upset. Not a good experience. I'm a high school student and I didn't cash on me and their cash register wasn't working so I had to pay with my card which I will be yelled at because it is my parents money. Furthermore, my friend had ordered a frozen lemonade and she got a strawberry lemonade which was disgusting, the garbage can near by is upset to have received such garbage of a drink. In conclusion, it was a horrible experience and worst of all I have to live with this during my math exam tomorrow. Im so sad I thought the customer was always right. Apparently not in this case. Stay tuned I have yet to try this bowl that I paid extra for. I doubt I will enjoy it. I am sad.
Extremely slow service, they should have more than one cashier and should work a bit harder to accommodate the fact that they serve the megabus customers who have a time restraint. Of course it’s not their fault that we are in a rush, but they should adapt to accommodate the MegaBus rushes and have more than one cashier. The service here is much slower than other Tim Hortons. At the very least, when I ask if my order will take just a couple minutes, they should answer honestly or suggest something quicker for me to order for example
The ONLY Tim Hortons I have EVER encountered where the staff EXPECT TIPS!! And if a tip is not received, the attitude changes IMMEDIATELY. Avoid this "establishment" at all costs. If you want a 'typical' Tim Hortons experience, try the Cataraqui Mall Tim's as the staff is nothing but polite and bend over backwards to make your day. Also the Gardiner and Bath location as well as the Pioneer Tim Hortons just off Centennial and Bath are both outstanding for their service.
The workers are extremely slow compared to other Tim Hortons that I’ve visited, and the food is substantially worse. It takes them a suspiciously long amount of time given the quality of the food, if you have the option, I would not recommend going here. Also my iced coffee this morning tasted like cum, I was not impressed.
Super slow on drive through and still managed to mess up 10 timbuts and a large coffee. 5 chocolate glazed and 5 plain shouldn't come with 5 sour cream glazed and 5 plain
Worst Tim Hortons in the entire city. They are always slow, mess up orders and are overall rude. Side note* sat at this speaker for over 10 mins on top of the time it took to write this review.
I ordered three different wraps and I came home with three identical wraps. I then called them back trying to explain my issue and they told me that I did in fact have the correct wraps even though I clearly can see that they are the same.
The first time I stopped here everything was alright, however the second time around the working speed was extremely slow. I arrived via megabus and had 20 minutes before the bus left again, the employees today were working extremely slow and didn't seem to care about it. It seemed like only one or two workers were actually trying to keep the pace going. The line was not that long, and the 20 minutes ran out. I noticed that a couple of people ahead of me had to cancel their orders because of the time, so I had to cancel mine as well when it hit the leaving time. I think that if the employees were more on track, knew what they were doing and cared a bit more about their work, then everyone who had cancelled their order today would have gotten their drinks on time before our bus had to leave. Now I'm just waiting for my refund which they supposedly refunded, but the way I see it, from the attitude of the employee, they probably didn't try to refund any of the cancelled orders so I won't be getting my refund...
Was there around noon today and ordered 2 wraps. Best place to order wraps. They make them perfect, they don't fall apart, they are wrapped fully, and the wrap isn't torn to pieces like some other locations. Not to mention they are surprisingly quick at making them.Tldr: They put actual effort into making their wraps.
