My order is wrong very often here. When going through drive-thru it has been wrong a lot. One time I ordered Ketchup added to my sausage farmers wrap and I got bacon. Several times I got the wrong breakfast sandwiches, etc. When you are going through drive-thru you can't check everything and by the time you get home it is too late.And why do they package everything into tiny bags?? Great if you order something small or just for yourself, but order a for a family of 3 or 4 and you will be given drinks individually and 3+ small bags of food. Good to keep hot stuff away from donuts such such but how do you get all of thst into the house?? Why not give out drink trays and bigger bags? Yes more packaging but 2 trips to get the food into the house is super annoying.
Excellent service...even with a big line up
Was missing half my order. Asked and paid for extra egg, received a wrap with no extra egg and no sausage either. Asked for blt with no egg and received egg on it. Also our iced coffees were completely wrong. Very upset about this.
Awful donuts. They were stale as if they sat out 3 days. The Boston cream top peeled off and donut was hard as a puck.
Love this location! I am a construction worker within the area and they are always happy to take my order drive thru can be busy sometimes but there service is on point so your never waiting too long for that morning cup of Joe! See you tomorrow!
Employees are amazing. The only reason why It doesn't get 5 stars is because of their limited selection of choice for bagels, muffins, doughnuts, timbits, and etc. Other than that, I always had pleasant experience.
Consistently the worst quality of food on a daily basis. Literally working right beside this location but driving to the next nearest Tim hortons to avoid the sandwich makers effortless product.
No problems at this Tim's, once in a while I will get the odd burnt coffee, and short changed by 50c, but I don't let that bother me as the staff in the morning are very fast and polite as it is a busy Tim's in the morning
