For a truck stop extremely slow waited 15 min to get a mobile order ridiculous!!!
Gonna go with a 3 star. Ordered ahead on app in the morning to be ready 15min before work (work down the street). I arrived there but had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me waiting for a mobile. No one else came to order during this time except one person in between me waiting. I finally got their attention and got my food. Now we are close to running out of time to eat and I see that the wrap I ordered with no chipotle as the wife can’t have anything with spice/pepper in it and found it had it despite using mobile which should make it pretty clear - that and the fact that they weren’t busy/in a rush.Anyway, despite all this we called into the store and explained the situation. They were very good on it and will offer us 2 wraps to replace them at our convenience. I ate both wraps and they were well made and one of the better ones I’ve had. The store is also very spacious which is quite convenient. Had the order not been messed up and had the delay it would be 5 stars but them honouring the issue was much appreciated.
Very friendly employees, quick drive thru service, offered other products and double checking the order to make sure I was getting everything that I wanted
Usually faster service than in town but more people have discovered it so can be busy at times

Everytime I seem to call this place there is no answer and no answering machine! Poor customer service in my opinion and the lady at the dt window tonight was not wearing her mask properly down around her chin. Didn’t have old fashion donuts or timbits . Not very happy with this location !
After last 4 visits and order no right .would suggest go to another tim hortons, staff tell you yes , yes but if you don't check uour order before driving away you be sorry, had to give 1 star so I could post when they need a minus -1 star
Hidden gem near the highway and invista center. Great to grab that 6am coffee before hockey practice.
Friendly people and good service.Charter service is back up and running again. The OnRoute driver program should be examined to make sure all OnRoute centers are participating and encourage drivers to deliver bus loads of customers to those businesses at each OnRoute site.
Great friendly staff, good food, walk in a bit slow, but dt is usually pretty fast
