Extremely slow service. Ordered one of their new wraps, wasn't informed there would be a wait. 15 minutes later, I had to leave to catch my bus without my food.
Big F! We were at this Tim Horton’s facility on 1 Jul 22 approx 1230hrs and waited over 30 min service in the drive through lane (slow as molasses). Finally at the order they did not have wrap selections left but they said that they have BLTs. As I was frustrated of the slow service and the lack of variety, I agreed to order three BLTs. Finally at the window when I had paid server comes to the window and apologized that they had only one BLT left and offered Turkey sandwiches instead. What a scam! Who ever is the manager did not prepare the stock and staff for the Jul 1st. It seemed to me that Jul 1st came to Tim Hortons as a surprise even thought it is every year at the same time. Keep this pace up and the franchise will lose its customers to its competitors. Total disaster!
Doors locked, only drive through open 5 pm on Sunday. Myself and others that tried to enter were not happy.
I've stopped here many times, it's on the way to the KP trail. It's clean, the staff are friendly for the most part, the bathrooms are always kept nice and clean, the dining area is the same however I wish they would get their wifi fixed, 8 out of 10 visits it doesn't work and when it does it's as slow as snail mail
I give a 3 stars, service was great but they need to get plastic straws back cause people can't finish their cold beverages without the paper straws turning to mush
Disappointed. Got coffee and frosted cinnamon roll. Very slow drive through service. Roll and frosting was stale, and it was only frosted on one side. Coffee was fine.
Debit machines are garbage and over type pin codes, brainless employees need to listen to the customer and not blame me for technical issues.
The people were friendly and helpful. However, stock was low. No Chili, no soup, no chicken. I had a roast beef sandwich and it hit the spot
A little slow and they got my coffee wrong bit it's only coffee and the young lady was very friendly and curious!
It Tim Hortons the only place when your traveling to get a coffee and a snack. What I don't agree with is that they do not make their own baked goods. Everything comes frozen and they just heat it up. My partner used to work at Tim Hortons as a baker he always said he had a PHD , A professional in heating and defrosting. Some Tim horton need to make there coffee hotter it seems like every store has a different heating and temperature protical. Where I thought they all had the same guidelines to follow.
