Had rad burgers at The Works! ? 3 of us left full and happy there were 2 servers working and they worked together very well both were super sweet and always making sure we had everything we needed while we were there I had the new knock your plants off burger with plant based cheese ?? Also these guys use the impossible burger which imo defeats the beyond by miles. (Kilometers here).

Horrible service! My husband and I went for lunch today at 1pm with our 9 month old baby. The waitress was annoyed we had a baby and sat us away from the other diners. She talked about how my baby was a liability if someone tripped over the highchair.14 minutes after we were seated, we were still not asked about drinks... there were 2 other tables which both had their food already. We decided to leave to get service else where. When we left, she had been talking to one of the tables for over 6 minutes. I remember why I haven't visited this location in many years!!

We tried the works in Kingston. The burgers are good and lots of fries. The prices are average to high. The service was good and the drinks are big. The service was good a bit of wait but it was within the acceptable range. The place is nine and has nice street view . I wasn’t a big fan of the fries I think they didn’t change to oil for a while . I recommend this place .

We arrived at 730. Ordered very simple meals (3 burgers and 1 kids Kraft dinner) and it took over 1 hour. We watched a multitude of take out orders get priority. It takes 5 minutes to make kraft dinner. But my 2 year old was so done by the time it came, it was such a waste. Normally we wouldn't stop here for food but we were close by leaving a swimming activity and everyone was ready for di new. It seems that it took 2 seconds to charge us $100 and get take out containers though. The food was good but the experience was horrendous.

It has a great food and I love it. But today I was travelling with two kids from Toronto to Ottawa and I stopped by to have lunch. A woman came from the kitchen with no patience and asked me to read the paper in front of the the door and told me they are closing. I read and it’s was written “closed from 2 to 4”. It was 13:55 and the restaurant was full of clients. Ok, I don’t want to make anyone gets late but I’d appreciate more education when advising you are closing. We should be polite with everyone. Disappointed. She talked to me so rude… An advice: treat each person as unique, no matter who. I felt so bad… like a pigeon, and I loved the place ?

Every time I order or go I get great food, the burgers are well made and you can customize them how you like. Service has always been great too!

This place used to be great. I used to love coming here when I had the money. But the last two years have been horrible experience after horrible experience. Raw burgers were one thing but this last pickup order we made had moldy buns. Absolutely disgusting. Do not eat here. There are some amazing other burger joints that are worth your time.

Second time having a burger from this chain gatropub. The first in 2017 it was literally raw and ice cold in the center. This time the pendulum has swung to the other end of the doneness profile with this burger being extremely overdone, charred and dry. If it were not for the sauces, one would have difficulty chewing and swallowing this offering. The fries were limp oily and devoid of any seasoning, no salt...it will likely take me another 4 years to venture back to thier menu for a third kick in the gastro gears.

Sweet Jennifer, was I thrilled to learn that Kingston had a The Works Burgers. Having been a long-time patron of The Works in London, it was to my surprise to discover that there was also one in Kingston. Was not disappointed with my recent order - same great quality, selection and all the rest that has made it my favorite Burger for almost a decade. Folks, as long as you keep delivering the goods, you've got a life-long patron right here.

I've been dying to try the works forever. I finally did tonight and I have to say I'm extremely underwhelmed. I got the Sk8r Boy. There's hardly any peanut butter, the burger is way over cooked, only 2 small pieces of bacon one slice of cheese and regular unseasoned fries. This was not worth $26.
