This place was a complete dumpster fire. We made reservations for 9pm and there we no servers available… we had to order drinks at the bar.. Ordered and prepaid for food that never came.. and then left. Would recommend if you’re a 15 year old looking for a terrible night out.

Friendly and attentive service, a nice evening out for our family.

Had the carvers board …..disappointed to have shaved roast beef rather than a slice of roast beef ….had greater expectations

Great ribs and pizza...excellent service...it is aa very large space so "ambience" is hard to create...lots of students were there which isn't a problem at all...just explains the ambience comments...its not supposed to have lots of atmosphere although I assume when Queen's is in session...its louder and moe lively...would recommend

very disappointing food, almost a “ burger” shack, bought bottle of wine, couldnt take it with us as its law in ontario to give to customers to take home!, thumbs down

The last two times I’ve been here the service has been terrible and the food sub par. Dined for dinner with my fiancée last night and we were seated upstairs in a corner table that initially had no chairs. The server brought two over. Took 10 minutes for someone to finally come over and greet us with water. Ordered wine and waited another 10 minutes for that and to order our appetizer and food. We got the garlic shrimp as an appetizer and it was lacking any flavour and the bread to accompany it was so burnt so I asked for it to be replaced and was challenged. Finally got bread that wasn’t burnt, but no apology over it. We ordered the steak and avocado salad. We waited 40 minutes for that and then had no steak knives to cut the steak. Our server never came to check on us once, and we had to flag down other servers to ask for drinks refills as she was nowhere to be found. Our plates were never cleared and by this time it was over 2 hours so we got up and decided to go downstairs and pay. We were told by the manager all the machines were down so the receipts had to be hand written. Again, waited for our server to do this who had disappeared again. I get technical things happen, but maybe let people know when it does so they’re not sitting at their table waiting for food to be cleared and their bill. This used to be one of my favourite restaurants but sadly it seems to have gone downhill after COVID. Likely won’t be returning for a while. Can get better service and food at a chain restaurant.

Our server was awesome! Gave us lots of time and we really enjoyed her recommendations!
