I ordered through DoorDash. The restaurant sent out the wrong order so I received someone else’s food. I called the restaurant right away to let them know, they said they would send my order out with one of their own drivers. The order arrived 45 minutes later. Cold and gross.

My friend and I go to this location often. Too often to say the least. 90% of the time we get a server named Devon. Last time we went we got a "Hey its you guys!" He is very personable, helpful and friendly. If anything is wrong with our meal he always makes it right. I would like to give Devon a "hell yeah" :)
Our server was fantastic very friendly Peppe e speaking of Peppe she kinda look like Peppe long stocking, lm sorry I didn’t get her name. The Nashville hot chicken is awesome never ever been a fan of the Swiss chalet dipping sauce but their gravy on their poutine was excellent , coleslaw was good green beans were good, good price,no complaints here ?
Swiss Chalet is the ultimate dine in chicken and rib establishment! We love going to the Bath Rd location. Svetlana is our favorite server as she is always friendly, efficient, and quick to make you smile. Stop by and say hi to Svetlana, and have a delicious dinner!
Food quality has been going down hill for months. My friend and I usually come here once a month on Sundays, but recently the food has begun tasting SUB par. Today my poutine I ordered arrived ICE COLD. My cheese burger was barely warm, the bacon I asked added to the cheeseburger was dry and crumbly. When I mentioned it to our waitress, she acted like that was how it normally was. I asked for fresh bacon, since we were sitting right by the kitchen, I could actually hear the waitress make a comment about my request in a negative way to the cooks, who in return made another negative comment at my request. When she returned she didn't even say sorry, she just put the bacon down "there ya go" and just walked away. My friend and I had already finished our drinks halfway through the meal, but the waitress did not come by and ask us if we wanted refills until our meal was done and we were waiting for our check. The waitress did not say good by when we paid our checks, she just walked away. Won't be coming back here again, totally disappointing considering we are regulars.
My food was horrible. My friend and I usually come here once a month but the quality of food and service has dropped a lot. My poutine was cold, the gravy and curds were not even warm. The bacon on my cheese burger was so dry that it crumbled. When I asked for a replacement, the waitress acted like "I" was at fault, and commented about my request to the kitchen staff, which I could hear from where we were sitting. Waitress waited till we were done our meal to as if we wanted a drink refill.
Hit or miss. Food is usually good, but missed the gravy on the hot chicken sandwich- got two large soups vs the market place ones- but the real kicker- ordered two market place soups only got one and when I phone I could go and pick up the other one or receive a store credit for 10 dollars that expires in 60 days. They have my money. So I lose my tax and if I don’t go back within 60 days I lose the money I already paid them.
We recently ordered for pick up from the Bath Road location and when we got home, we saw that the Chalet sauce was missing from our order. I called and told the manager about the missing sauce. He had no problem sending out the delivery person to bring us the sauce. Well, not only did we get the sauce, we got 2 extra containers of it along with 4 warm buns. . .and a whole chicken too!! Wow, the manager at this Swiss Chalet really knows how to keep his customers happy.
Absolutely unacceptable service. Not once, but twice, in past ten days ordered take-out (I know why go back but we did)! First time no record of order. I called one hour in advance! No record and had to wait. And tonight, ordered again. My husband drove all the way to the restaurant and AGAIN no record. Tonight their internet is down. No one notified us from the central dispatch. Bath Road Kingston store …just don’t bother! Terrible service and rude counter service.
