This is probably the worst Subway location I have ever had the privilege of visiting. I actually stopped coming to this location about 3yrs ago because they were so rude here. I have come back here three times in the last 6 months and all three visits I was given rude dismissive behaviour. You are made to feel like you ordering your food is a huge inconvenience and you will get eye rolls as you ask for additional ingredients for your sandwich. It seems as if I was asking the persons working to take all of the ingredients from their home refrigerator. If you’re given the opportunity to make your sandwich/sub the way you want it, then people should not be treating you like you’re an inconvenience.This is for the Subway/Owners response ??Google won’t let me respond.I explained what had happened very clearly and it seems like a pattern as I read other reviews. Quite a few employees are very rude at your establishment. There is also no need to pretend like you’re going to fix this problem. There are so many reviews identical to mine explaining how rude the employees are and have little to no customer care for n their repertoire. I took a break for three years from your shop, I am clearly not worried about never coming back again. I will be passing this onto people I work with and family. I would give you no stars but it doesn’t allow me.

I went to subway Hwy 15 at 1 pm. There was girl name manpreet or similar showed me very bad customer service. I ordered for pickup online and she literally threw my bag to me that is not acceptable. It was the worst experience I ever had.
Consistent quality Often do not have multigrain bread options. Only having white and cheesy bread options.

Visited Subway at HWY 15 in Kingston Ontario. At 21:57 me and my work partner stopped in to get some food while on duty. The advertisement on the website and front door say open until 23:00. An employee was sweeping the floors, the door was locked and when he saw us he waved us away and signalled that they were closed. Will never stop at this location again and will be advising the rest of my coworkers, who are front line workers, of this encounter.

Subway, as a franchise is slowly degrading. Always light on the toppings and prices keep getting more expensive.
