Good place to go if you like being told what and how you will be served. Come in with grey hair, and you'll get the obligatory demo on how to use the self-serve pop machine, the same machine found in most fast-food joints. Normally, I like Subway for sandwiches and salads, but this place is miserly with ingredients and serves it all with a heaping helping of aggravation. Will not be returning to the Ontario Street location.
Charged more than they shood and dont take their time making the subs
It says on google it closes at 11:30pm. Went there at 10:50pm and the door was locked ?
No hygine they dnt use gloves dirties subway and i am taking action in few days i visit on 14th may evening time shift one girl and one boy working at that time are rudly behave and discriminate straightly i am a regular cutomer of this store but now no more
Worst service. Wouldn't let us sit down quietly and ask us rudely whether we are going to order or not, additionally, what kinda Subway Store doesn't allow refills on drinks while dining in?
There was only 4 people ahead of me when I came in. I waited 30mins just for there for only be 2 people in front of me
Ordered a sub today clearly put in the notes to be toasted extra long as I knew I wouldn’t be able to eat it until my break and didn’t want the bread to be soggy. It wasn’t even toasted. I called to complain and they argued with me that the cheese was melted so it was toasted.
I didn't like this subway.... I have ordered crispy chicken..the chicken was not that good and fresh
We had lunch here on our way to Ottawa. We had to show our vaccine documents and Covid-19 tests to eat inside. It was clean, only a few customers were inside. We had a steak and cheese sub and it was good.
It was good. They work as fast as they can. The location could do with an update.
