This is unfortunate for me to post as this used to be my favorite location to buy subs. The last few times have been disappointing. Between not having products, not listening to my order and having to repeat myself 3 or more times, to making it sloppy. Tonight was the same. The quality of customer service and food served, especially given the increase in prices, is awful.
Worst subway ever u ask for everything on the sub I swear they put one of every topping cheapest subway there is ya would think spinach or lettuce was filled mignon
Never, never, never eat the soup! In three years I had the soup three time; chicken or potato soup and got sick. The illness feels like sun stroke for me personally and it was in the summer. However, last week I got the soup again and I was violently ill! ??? definitely, food poisoning.Also, in last summer time a HUGE HUGE hornets ? nest of 200 hornets fell on our car! They never called in the pest control so I assume the nest will be back this summer!
Wow, I can see why this place has a bad review.. for the price and steak and cheese sub, I should more steak then this.. NOT HAPPY. This doesn't even deserve one star

What a joke this place is. They are a sub shop and i went in and ordered 6 subs and they tell me they dont have white bread. Can you imagine 6 pm on a thursday night no bread of the most popular. A pay day for most people. I asked when they would have more ready i would wait and come back if was going to be soon. I was informed there would be no more bread made for the day. Well that was $60 dollars of money that they lost out on and i spent at another business. Many times i go there, they dont have meatballs and many other things. They should just close shop. such a disgrace to the franchise.Last time visiting this subway location
If they are supposed to be fresh buns huh not sure as they fall apart as we are eating them.
The subway on Montreal Street Kingston ontsrio is the worst subway I have ever visited. Dirty. Slow. One time I ordered online with app 2 footlong steak subs. They didn't have but wouldn't give refund. I don't eat any other sub! Credit card company refused to refund because they said subway did nothing wrong as per their request to subway of refund. I will abd I advise all who read this..NOT use this subway again! Filthy!
Worst Subway ive ever went too.Staff are lazy. Went for meatballs and they never ever have unless your there at lunch time. If get right employee they will make fresh in the oven from frozen. But most will tell you they don't have.I.know better as I've seen them go to the back shop come back and make infront of meIf you don't want to make the meatballs you shouldn't have them on the menu.Mr Sub 2 minute drive down the street accommodated me and never says no we don't have somethingOThey expect if dont have, you order something else. Family of 6 takingour business elsewhere for now on
I tend to avoid subways and this one is no different. Gone in and avoided it because it was busy the first time; second time there was no one there. A minute in an employee showed up. Got food but the toppings weren’t looking so good. We mentioned the toppings didn’t look good and the employee acted confused. We specifically said the spinach didn’t look good and when we tried to get him to maybe not give us the bad spinach he sure enough did. Kinda turned us off the food. I worry what toppings get put into mobile orders.
