The woman who was prepping our sandwiches was super friendly and polite. I was having a moment and couldn’t get my words out. She was super nice about it and didn’t make me feel ridiculous. Our sandwiches were both delicious and she didn’t put too much sauce on them which most locations are notorious for.
We ordered a 5 tray catering order this past weekend from Aberfoyle site, and were not disappointed. The lovely lady who took my order 2 weeks ago, was pleasant and accomodating. When we picked up the order, it was perfect, and on time! They did a beautiful job! Thank you!
In October we had my sons baptism and we had this subway cater for us. We got three trays of different kinds of subs and some cookies. The customer service on the phone was amazing and when we arrived the day of the event the customer service was still top notch. They helped bring the food out to our car and were super polite and professional. The food was super fresh and probably the best subs I've ever had from a Subway ever. They provided plenty of condiments on the side aswell. I highly recommend this Subway for catering or even a quick bite to eat. Thank you for making our son's baptism even that much better.
Finally a Subway that gave me the time of day when I wanted to order 4 subway platters over the phone. Called about 5 other subways in Kingston that were rude or annoyed that I wanted to order over the phone. Most didn't even answer the phone. A gentleman at this specific Subway was fantastic and went out of his way to accommodate. Treated me with respect and thanked me for the business! Gave me free cookies too.If friendly service and a good experience is something that you care about go to this Subway!
This place is open good hours due to us being in lockdown can't eat inside. I have had no issues with staff. Sometimes they dont have 5 grain wheat bread. Two buses stop outside # 7 to side of building #16 just few steps up the street. They do have parking..
This was one of the better subways!! For making the sub right!
Ok but they need to slow down when making your sandwich. They throw it together and make a messy sandwich.
