Great Staff and always good food
The guy working was on the phone throw his AirPods talking while making my two subs, cut the to buns open then started to grab the dough trays and put cheese on them with out changing gloves then put topping on my sub that I didn’t ask for and shrugged his shoulders when I said something
The staff is so friendly and loved the service
Meatball sub had to reheat more Meatballs, tasted wrong, not enough sauce
Great service this evening and everyone enjoyed their selections.

Very poor service my order was messed up. Iwent back to get it fixed and the manager refused to fix the problem and just wanted to argue with me rather that fix the problem. He also is currently refusing to take a complaint and is also refusing to alow me to speak to someone higher up. Will never go back to this store again!!
The owner would not listen to my complaint and had no interest in what happened. I bought 2 cold cuts with pepperoni and bacon and the price came to $31.50??? There is something seriously wrong with this amount for 2 footlong subs. This subway is on the corner of Princess & Gardners road in Kingston Ontario
One staff during a busy lunch rush. Over 15 people in store. Several people walking out and also not coming in when they see the line up. Adding another staff member would be helpful to the poor lady working alone. She is always there working alone. All the time. Cuts so the CEO can make more profit... Shame.
