The coffee and hot chocolate is very good. Other than a basic bagel I find the food to be poor quality.
Very busy but well managed.
I find it very expensive, but good. Try to not go very often.
Cute little Starbucks in the mall. It's attached to the chapters book store which is nice. It also has a seating are outside the shop, but inside the mall.
Amazing service. I only had to wait about 5 minutes and staff was very nice. I say if you are looking for a Starbucks in the area I would choose this one. Good job, Starbucks!

Went in on a very busy afternoon. The cashier was one of the rudest people I have had to deal with. She kept talking over my daughter and I ordering and didn't listen to us.She put all the information into the debit machine incorrectly and my daughter and I counted at least five times telling her this while she ignored me and was dancing and looking away. Finally another employee came over and fixed it because this woman was so clueless. The other employee was lovely and apologetic.If I was working in a place that busy with a cashier ignoring customers and just dancing I would be so annoyed with her not working to help the team. Just a strange experience and annoying.
