Google shows the store as being open (At 2:35 PM on a Tuesday) when in fact it's not. Managers should be updating these hours to reflect tempory seasonal closures.
Zach was very pleasant and helpful with my order, as was the woman with dark hair who I believe was the manager(?) she didn’t have a name tag but they both made th long line worth it.
The woman who took my order charged my friend and I different prices for the exact same drink. Not only that she was super rude about it. She has constantly been there and has encouraged me to stop going to that Starbucks because she is very upsetting. Only reason I would rate this place more is due to the other staff who replaced the drink that they messed up
It's a Starbucks, it's good, a little more expensive than you'd like, but better than other coffee chains. Exactly what you expect, sometimes consistency is good.
Very unfriendly staff and unbearable service. They will mess up your mood. Don’t go for it if you have any other choices.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked if I could substitute a drink in my TAM i was told that they did not have time for me and didn’t answer my question.
Very long wait and you don't get reward stars here... why is Starbucks ripping off university students?!? They should be ashamed.
