As good as always. I like the soft seating in the corner.
I frequently mobile order and pickup at this location. The order is always done on time or before the estimated pickup time and the staff are friendly. I appreciate the baristas at this Starbucks!
Very busy and unorganised. Made an online order and when we got there 20 mins later the order wasn't even started. 3 customers that walked in and ordered after we got there were served and left while we still waited for our order
One of the employees off shift came to visit her co-workers. She distracted them enough that the staff forgot my order.
Big fan of starbucks and this location is great. Fast service and delicious drinks. I just wish it was a drive thru location.
Second trip to a Starbucks today. First one this morning was a different location and had issues picking up my mobile order. Figured I would go to a different one tonight so I would have a better experience. Unfortunately that was not the case. Firstly, the mobile ordering was shut off so had to go in to order. Go in, wait my turn and then the fun begins. Place my order, 2 drinks and 2 cookies. Cashier doesn't know how to ring it in. Then I ask to use some points towards my purchase. I can tell she has not and ask and she has no idea what to do. I pay cash and only get 10 dollars of my 19 dollars in change. Again wait for some help. So long so frustrating. Skip this location.
Unfortunately one of the worst Starbucks in Kingston. Staff just don't seem to love it here and are not motivated to assist customers in a timely or attentive manner. Hope they get it sorted out soon- the one on Gardiner's Road is amazing. Highly recommend that one!
Oh my gosh! I love it here! They’re quick and SO friendly. I believe their name was Rai, but they were so fast with the drinks, they tasted SO good, and was super friendly. Rai (?) brought a huge smile to my face and made the atmosphere so welcoming. 11/10 service guys, everyone there! Thanks so much!
Very sweet team. Very friendly and calm. Drink was made promptly and was very tasty.
Everyone working was really great and helpful. They went the extra mile and called me later in the day.
