Great friendly location, always clean and has outdoor seating.
Usually we have great service at this location. This morning we had a gentleman who accidentally charged us for two venti lattes (one hot, one cold) when we asked for a grande and venti iced latte - usually no worries, we politely mentioned the order mix up when he went to hand us the drinks and stated what our order was. He just said “well, I accidentally charged you for two venti” and proceeded to hand us the same drinks without offering to refund us for the size difference. My partner asked if both were iced lattes as he was beginning to hand them to us, because one was in a hot drink cup. The worker told us “yes” and immediately turned away from the window, even though one of the drinks was actually a hot latte. We didn’t want to hold up the drive thru, so we parked and went in to get our correct drinks. Pretty disappointed in how this gentleman handled the mix-up as it wasn’t professional.

Great coffee, friendly staff, this location can be a little difficult to drive though and park in however as it's a very tight parking lot.
Yeah solid location, little slow. I'd recommend against drive thru, even if it looks pretty empty...it usually takes a while, and then you're stuck waiting. So I should have just walked in, my mistake. Really friendly people when I've gone in. I bet turnover is insane, so I won't bother mentioning individuals.
Love this location, it is one of the few that confirms for my online order if I still want whip cream when I switch 2% to oat milk, instead of just giving it to me without it. The staff are super friendly, they always brighten my day a bit
We come here quite often when on a road trip and the baristas are always very generous with such great energy. They have mobile order for in-store pick up and drive thru pick up. I’ve tried both and also ordered in store as well and they are super fast even when there’s a rush. Sometimes my order gets complicated while customizing it on the app or in person, but they never missed out a single detail.

Some of these employees are hilarious, it's a positive experience every time here. Busy location, prepare to walk over if it's busy to avoid a traffic jam coming off of Division. Great vegan drink options.Vegan food items are lacking in general at Starbucks, not a downside of this specific location but, nothing great food wise.
The worst part about this location is the line. I take it they're doing pretty good. Food always comes out perfect. I'd rather wait and be happy with my food/drinks.
