The staff at this Starbucks are extremely polite and super friendly. ?I love sitting near the window and watching the world go by. ?☕
Once again, I was met with a very big smile and a perfectly made order! I have never been disappointed when coming to this location. No matter how busy they are, how stressful things may get, I’ve always had exceptional service!
Great Starbucks and lovely staff, very busy location but sometimes it's horrible to go through the drive thru with the busy planet fitness right next to it. Better to place a mobile order and walk over to get it. Great vegan drink options at Starbucks but vegan food options are lacking, not a fault of this location just Starbucks in general.
20 minutes in the drive-thru and the line hasn't budged. Last time I'll come to this location. Clear your schedule if you plan to stop here.

One of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been to. Completely disgraceful. The bathroom was worse than a truck stop, floors and tables were filthy.
You like going to the bathroom with a locking door? Will you won't find that here as has been the case for many weeks now the staff washroom beside it though has a working lock
I’ve never had better service than I did with Jess! She made me and my partners stop easy, enjoyable and smooth. she was beyond friendly and had the best customer service i have ever experienced. Thank you Jess for making our stop so enjoyable! We do appreciate you!!
Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I always get my drinks customized. For TEN trips in a row now (I’ve kept track), they have messed up my order. It’s like the staff don’t read the stickers as to what the person adds/removes from their drink. It feels like the staff make the drinks how they would normally get them, not the customer.
This Starbucks on Division St is my default one when in Kingston or passing by on the 401. Spacious enough that with COVID I feel comfortable going inside to order
