I visit this branch regularly. The personnel are friendly and prepared the orders quickly. I am always happy with the service level.
I just want to say that the blonde barista.. I think her name was Kayla is one of loveliest people I have ever interacted with in a Starbucks!! She’s so fun, energetic, caring and always ensures our order is right! She is one of the many reasons I always come back! Everyone here is amazing honestly. Thank you for some amazing service! :-)
0 stars will never go back to this location. The girl Kayla over charged my mother we called head office who brought up the order and confirmed that she over charged us. Kayla sat there yelling at my mother blaming her and saying she was not going to give her the money back and stating that she was reporting us. Not sure what for haha all we did was speak up for ourselves because she also didn’t want to give us our drinks. She kept the receipt and didn’t give it back when we said we would be talking to management on Monday. Kayla sat there yelling at my mother and scaring my son stating we are wrong and it’s not her issue that she’s not playing the blame game. I am completely discussed considering we always come to this location and never experienced such horrible service. Never going back. If going to this location always ask for your receipt from now on you may be getting overcharged.
I just want to say this is the BEST Starbucks in town! They always have a smile and never mess up my order. I have to say Noah has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Keep it up, east end!!
The staff at the drive through are always so friendly and it absolutely makes my morning. I don’t get to stop frequently, but it’s always an absolute treat. By far the best Starbucks that I have visited.
Typical. Seems like they're being forced at this location to make random small talk in the drive thru. Maybe this true of all locations and I've just noticed it here. I'm thinking of buying this stock so maybe I'm hyper aware idk.
Had the most amazing drive thru experience, the person who handed our drink-Noah if you're reading this you were awesome to chat with and you dealt with the car behind us who honked their horn. Cheers!
Today was one of the worst Starbucks experiences Ive had. Ordered a Brown Sugar Oat Americano... Well seems that they forgot the brown sugar, forgot the oat milk and the cinnamon tasted liked it was mixed with grey hot water... Honestly debated turning around from the Hwy to bring back the drink, and Ive never ever done something like that before.You pay 6.00 dollars for these drinks and the disappointment is that I could make this subpar drink on accident while trying to make myself a cup of coffee while they purposely crafted this :(Hopefully just a one off, but Ive had issues with drinks from this location before, just not to this level.
