I pretty much exclusively go here for sushi because it’s the only place in town I can get unlimited eel nigiri at a regular price. The rolls are quite simple, but they do a good job at it. Don’t expect super high quality rolls but it’s all you can eat so if you’re willing to sacrifice some quality for quantity, go for it. Service is mediocre at best though, I often order things that never show up

This has been our go to spot for sushi in Kingston. AYCE Dinner has many options and iPad menu. We have tried their lunch and dinner if you want sashimi and beef ribs best choice would be dinner. Good service, attentive staff would definitely recommend. We often go here but recently We went for my birthday and my wife was disappointed that they didn’t have any cakes in their desert and they don’t do something special for birthdays.

My husband and l have dined at Sakura quite a few times because the food was so fresh and delicious untill recently. The last 3 times we were there for the lunch the food was not good. The wontons that l love so much came out cold and dry and some didnt have cheese inside.Just looking at them you can tell they were not made fresh and werent worth eating. The food use to come out hot and now its warm to cool. lf they keep on serving their food this way l can see us not going back there for a long time and supporting them. The service was ok and the servers have always been busy picking up dishes from the tables and delivering food.

I went to eat at Sakura with my daughter for Father’s Day. We had a very pleasant time there and the food was spectacular. This is our second time visiting and it was still good as last time. We had to come again because the food was that good. They do not disappoint.

Honestly, the food is great, so I still go despite the horrible service. We went out for dinner and had the unfortunate luck to have a group of rowdy college kids, they were loud, swearing and honestly, at times it sounded like there was going to be all-out fistfights, and rather than asking them to settle down or to leave, the staff just ignored them the best they could while everyone was getting annoyed. Worst part is, the staff does their best to stay out of sight at all times, so unless you call someone over, you're never going to find someone.

Pretty decent Sushi. Had the first Sushi of my life from here and have been going back atleast once a month since then.

I went over there for mother's day and I had an amazing time. The food was delicious and everything was very fresh. The service was great because the serving time was incredibly fast and plus the friendly staff. The atmosphere was very nice. Everything was clean and I enjoyed my time there. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this restaurant.

This is the second time we have eaten in this restaurant. The food is good and quickly served. The servers seem all the be mute, no eye contact, no hello, no, is everything ok with the food. No please and thank you. The restaurant is big, but has no atmosphere, no plants, no decorations, only a couple of cheap framed pictures. The restaurant needs a good cleaning, the floors are very dirty with pieces of dropped food, from the day[s] before. Also there is a lot of dust on the dividers, where you could wright your name in.

I love coming here for the all you can eat experience. The prices are fair, especially for lunch, and the food quality is good. It isn't quite what you would get at a restaurant that serves a smaller volume, but is very good for large groups and large volume dining. The staff is friendly and efficient, and service is quite quick!

The food was amazing and our first two servers were wonderful but as we were finishing our food we felt very unwelcome and as if we were being pushed out of the restaurant. This older lady who seemed to be the manager was horrible to my boyfriend and I. She was standing over us watching us pack our food up and refused to give us an extra take out box and told me to stack my sushi on top of each other. We had already paid for our food and everything and she had the audacity to say to us “Next time don’t waste so much food”, we weren’t even wasting it but we were taking it home to eat since we weren’t welcomed there. This was supposed to be a nice night out for my birthday & Valentine’s Day but it turned out to be very stressful and disappointing. I don’t ever write reviews about places but I’ve never experienced such horrible service in my life.
