Coming here with my mom over the years has always been a treat to us. The service has been wonderful and the food is always on par. I used to work at the Kingston location before I took another position somewhere else and loved working at RL. Everyone was so nice and showed support to me. My husband, myself and my mother are moving to Ottawa so last Friday my mom and I had lunch. It was so good and yummy. Our server Tali was and always has been super nice to us both over the years and as a going away present she bought us a going away card and bought my dessert (chocolate wave)We will miss Red Lobster in Kingston but will definitely make a plan to stop by when we are back in Kingston.
++⭐️'sAnniversary dinner tonight. Minimal wait to be seated. While waiting there was entertainmet.. two lobsters in live Tank were fighting..lol! Seated in Nice quiet corner area. Within in few mins our waitress "Tali " arrived, smiling & bubbly! Knew this was going to be fun enjoyable expérience. Took our orders, adding personal touchés about menu, sharing à laugh & returning making sure everything was to our liking. Our food was delishious! Tiny bit leftover for tomorrow too. The icing on the cake when Yali brought us à sundae for two for our celebration...omg so cute!! Loved it! Finally I hope Red Lobster realizes the gem Tali is ?She definitely loves her job! Having her as our waitress sure was cherry on the sundae ?C.j.
I got the 3 course meal - comes with a starter soup or salad, appetizer, and meal for 19.99 which isn't bad! I got lobster bisque for the soup which was good, then coconut shrimp for my appetizer (delicious with the sauce it comes with), and shrimp linguini. This meal along with the delicious cheesy garlic buns are so filling that I took the majority of the main course home to enjoy tomorrow!
Visited first time with my wife, and was really pleased… food was great and so was the service… will surely return!
With mandates for masks now off the table, it was nice to dine out in public once again. Service was extraordinary, servers were so polite and went above and beyond to assure a pleasurable dining experience. The food was delicious. It arrived hot and at the perfect pace. Will definitely be back to dine in again!
The service here is very good. They are always bringing more of those tasty cheese buns. The seafood is good quality and hasn't let me down yet. Have always wanted to try one of the fresh live lobsters they have in a tank but haven't yet. Maybe next time. Recommend if you are in the mood for some seafood.
Just ordered from Red Lobster tonight for the first time at the Kingston Location. There was a small mix up with our order. We called to discuss and the manager was super nice and accommodating. He sent us a new meal right away and included extras! We haven't received this good of service in a long time!! In addition - the food was amazing! Thank you very much :)
I was there yesterday with my family to celebrate my birthday, our server was amazing! He kept our beverages filled, and when it came to answering questions about our choices he was on the ball! My dish was absolutely phenomenal! I will 100% come back and eat here again!!!
So delicious. Good portion sizes for the price and everything tasted fresh. Our server Tali was awesome. Will definitely go back soon!
The food was good, but the staff was fabulous!! They're so welcoming and attentive. By far the best service I have had at a Red Lobster.
