Clean place and courteous staff. Had to wait for 5-10 mins for the order to be ready after ordering, but it was worth it. The chicken was hot and fresh. There is ample parking space. Washroom could be maintained better at this place.
Love their batter. So crisp and clean feeling (despite the fact that its still fried chicken) Coming from MTL theres no Popeyes so for me it always a treat. Food was great. Had a better experience with their biscuits than other Popeyes. Fries were great as well! We have a tender order and a 3pc. Was all around juicy and “tender” with a nice crisp skin. Place felt clean. Was missing toilet paper in the one washroom that wasnt “out of service”. Other than that I didnt seem to have received as bad of a service as other reviewers experienced. Maybe I got lucky.
Nice to have a Popeye's in the neighborhood. My man Mike C in the kitchen makes the best classic chicken sandwich in town. Great service - convenient location.
Horrible service. I'd give zero stars if I could. Order 14 piece chicken family meal. 4 pieces mild 10 spicy. Got home after a 30 min drive, I then find out that the 4 piece mild chicken was missing. Phoned back and the worker apologized and offer to make a note of it and said I can go back the next day to pick the rest up. Went back the next day and the manager tells me the worker can't make that call. Utterly unacceptable treatment of customer for 4 pieces of chicken. They just permanently lost a long time customer. If the HQ is monitoring how this franchise location is destroying the image of the brand, they should do something about it.
Terribly poor service and even ridiculously longer wait times. Walk in and wait 5 minutes for someone, randomly stirring gravy, to come to the counter with an attitude like they're doing you a favor ... only to get told oh, that'll be 20-30 minutes for your chicken. One other person in the store. You do realize the meaning of fast food, no?Take some occasional losses by being prepared to satisfy your customers if need be. Like every other fast food chain in history. And learn some customer service skills.Or go out of business. Your call.
It takes forever just to get 12 chicken pieces. I had to wait for 50 mins!! And it's not that crowded, there were only like 4 other people. The taste was utmost disappointing, very bland.
1. I pre-ordered a family meal using the app... when I arrived to pick it up 20 minutes later they had not even started it. (they were not even aware of the order until I showed them on my phone). I was told I would have to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes;2. My family decided to wait inside. To keep my kids entertained while waiting I asked for their WiFi password... None of the employees knew it;3. Half the choices of fountain pop were out-of-stock;4. No soap in the bathroom dispenser;The list goes on.Management at this location better get a grip on things or they won't last long.
I love Popeyes, don't get me wrong, but my experience at this specific location was not good at all. I had an online order. When I arrived I was not greeted, in fact three people, who went in after me, were served first. Food was forgotten from my order. My onion rings order consisted of five onion rings. And I was not given my drink cups til the very end and I noticed black chunks in my sprite.... So I requested a bottled drink. Another customer in the store, while I was there, found black chunks in her drink too ... Which made my visit longer. I won't be back to this location.
Slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to. I love waiting 25 minutes for a fast food sandwich!!
For those with food allergies, please stay away. This was my first experience with Popeyes, and I broke out in hives and severe stomach pain hours after eating this. I do believe there may have been cross-contamination as I do know they serve shrimp. However, wanted to let others know.
