I really like the chicken. Very crispy and tasty. I'll need another visit to figure out the menu. I thought a combo order would include fries, but that is just a side that you have to order specifically. I can't decide if Popeyes or Mary Brown or maybe even KFC is going to be my go to chicken take out restaurant. I'll have to keep on comparing them until I can decide! Life is hard!!
Love Popeyes food in general and went here to make a large order while visiting family. The order was very large and complicated and the staff made sure to double check the order, both when it was placed and when it was being bagged up, to ensure nothing was missing. Clean dining room and friendly staff. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this location.
12 piece family deal, 20 minute wait, their reasoning, it's very busy, FYI, no one coming or going( not busy at all, 1 customer came out with food in 15 minutes). Car after car going through drive through and leaving because they are telling everyone 20 minute wait.( next time I'm not waiting either). Too bad because their chicken is great.
If I could give it a 0 I would. Waited in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes to place an order. Tried asking at the window if the chicken on the sandwich was breaded. Had to repeat myself 3 times and the girl still didn't understand. Not being rude but you should know English if you're working at a drive thru window.Lady in front of us also had to wait and when she finally got to the window, I saw her and the girl arguing about what the order was. She ended up paying for a drink and left. We drove through and went to Dairy Queen.I will definitely never return to that Popeyes and will spread the word.
Went 20 minutes before close and was informed they could not make my order because they close in 2 minutes. I said “do you guys not close at 10?” The ladies response was that they have no chicken tenders cooked at the moment and that it would take 10-15 minutes to cook them. I said I was fine waiting and she said “no we cannot do that, all we have is chicken sandwich right now” and I said okay and went to get food elsewhere. I’ve also been to this location multiple times and it’s always a 10-15 minute wait at least, this location is ridiculous.
Any time I've come to this location, the food has always been hot and fresh. The skin is very crispy and meat is very juicy. Some of the best chicken I've ever had! I come here every Tuesday for lunch.
Ate here at 2:30 on a Fri afternoon. The food was hot-had to wait for fries, which is OK as long as they're fresh. The lettuce was not in great condition, the sandwich was slapped together & the portion of fries was only half full. I could barely find a table to sit at. 95% of them were dirty & 2 of the tables rocked/wobbled so badly you couldn't even sit there if you were willing to forgive the leftover food crumbs. I wasn't offered condiments nor given a napkin. I had to go back and ask for a napkin & then I told them about the dirty tables. Someone came to wipe them, but only did half of them. Upon leaving the door handles & glass were all so dirty & greasy,It was totally disgusting. Won't be back to this location.
I went through the drive through and was fairly excited as I had their food from a different location years ago and it was amazing. When we ate the food it was horrible. Biting into the chicken was horrible it was super greasy, as you bite in it would gush liquid grease into your mouth. We could not eat it. The apple pie was the worst, I took a bite and looked at it there was a short black hair baked into the curst part. Not feeling too well after that.
Worst drive thru. Can barely hear them either due to masks or low volume. Have to repeat yourself multiple times and still have to correct them, while waiting 20+mins. I just got burned, I checked the food but not the drinks. All cokes. Order sprite and root beer. No more Bath rd drive thru. Going to princess from now on. Sandwiches I have never had a problem, delicious.
Placed an order online, show up and there’s no order in their system. Wait over half an hour only to get half of what we ordered. Tried to charge me $50 for 12 pieces of chicken!!!!! Don’t waist your time, money or gas on this place! It’s a joke!
