Ordered a chicken sandwich, took 15 minutes to get my food... That's half my lunch break.Staff doesn't seem to care, everyone is asking when their order will be ready.Best order ahead!!
Every Table was dirty , not busy, so no need, messed up a common order, 2- 8 pcs nugget meals, only thing that had a taste was the dipping sauces, nothing else had a taste, gravy had chunks of something in it…Would not recommend
I thought the food was really good not much flavor to it so if you like food with zero taste. The restaurant it self wasnt very clean and at that time I went it wasnt very busy so there was no need for the mess and I noticed the ketchup packages said on it 2015 i dont know what that means I just know it 2022
The food is always delicious..but this location is extremely slow and they NEVER have chicken cooked, we have never successfully ordered and left within a decent amount of time, even during peak hours you are always waiting 20-30 minutes for tgem to cook chicken for your order
We love the chicken sandwiches! This place has very pleasant staff I always get great service here. Even if you have to wait a bit while they make fresh chicken it is well worth it in my opinion. I've only had to wait once. (I was a little annoyed at first for a split second about waiting, but then realized it was going to be seriously fresh!!)
There's nothing here that can't be done elsewhere. You can easily make this stuff yourself, or take your money to a local enterprise, rather than supporting the spread of yet another American fast-food diabetes machine corporate franchise chain into Canada.
I can't imagine that i would use "sloppy" to describe onion rings one day. It was oily and soft. ???
So very very rude. I ordered , ate and called cab andD stood outside. No cab and phone died. Its cold so I went back inside to ask for directions or just to tell me what's the major intersection around here. He wouldn't offer any assistance. I explained my phone died could he call cab. No. Then he threatened to call cops on me. For what I asked. Bad day just got Worse
Went for the specials and there were not enough drumsticks left and the staff didnt want to make some more since it wasn't busy. Plus there was another 3 hours before closing.
Be aware. Went in here with the family because we got a promo. We even checked to make sure it was in our area and the location was listed as part of the promo. Shocked when we went in and were told NO. Even when we showed them the listing of their location it didn't matter. Contacted the corporate office and they said they would be contacting the branch but that was it. So I guess it's cool for these places to falsely advertise now. I'll never be back and if I could give zero stars I would.
