We got 4 pizzas and 2 wings On July 16th At 6:20. The person was very attentive and the food was perfect. Good job to who ever cooked it.

This Pizza Hut is seriously hit or miss. I’ve had some decent experiences here and then some awful experiences here. When it’s decent, it’s pretty good especially with a deal like the triple treat box. Then you have times where you place an order hours in advance only to show up and find the store closed and one woman shows up who tells you she’s never made pizzas before. Take a gamble and see what you get.

The guy at the front was so rude.He made me wait their for like 35-40 minutes after that when i was not ready to wait moreHe snatched the slip from my hand and throw the cash at me.WORST EXPERIENCE!They dont even know how to talk to their customers.
Ordered Margherita Pizza and it was very disappointing. It was tomato chunks spread all over on a cheese Pizza that didn't taste anywhere close to a real Margherita pizza. Such a waste of time and money. Avoid this store.
I would have given no stars if I could. The service was horrible. We placed our order and waited almost two hours for our food. The store put their phone off the hook so there was no way to call them to see the delay. We literally had to just sit and wait for our cold food

I came in to place an order for pickup and as I was waiting in the lobby for my order to be made I saw one of the cooks exit the bathroom and proceeded to walk over to make pizza without washing their hands!!! Do they not teach proper handing washing over here.
We placed our order at 5:20, expected delivery was 6:00. Our order didn’t arrive until 7:00. We tried calling the Bath Rd. store numerous time to ask for an update but there was never an answer. The delivery driver had no explanation for the delay. A portion of our order ended up being incorrect .. absolutely terrible customer service - we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on
