Staffing is tough now, I don't envy employers. Young lady making my order was pleasant but coughed and sneezed while making my pita. I thought she might take the initiative to wash her hands and re-do it, but no. The young man working there was actually sitting on the prep counter the whole time...have not seen that in a while and never with a customer in the place. Couldnt eat the pita, its fully wrapped and in the garbage right outside the door.
surprisingly very good! looking for a health(ier) fast food as an alternative to Freshii and i think i’ve found it! got the small bowl with buffalo chicken. lots of food. i did nOt like the chicken though tasted like chicken nuggets. not bad if you’re into that. i’m not. also super nice staff. explained the whole process to medefinitely will be going back
Food as always is great. But the employee at the counter (I unfortunately did not catch her name) was the highlight of my day, very positive and communicative. Made my day that much better.

Review is for the customer service the food is great. I’m so frustrated. On 3 separate occasions, I have tried to order online for pickup from the dalton and princess street location around 8:15pm. They close at 9. Every time my order has not been answered. So this time I decided to drive there (princess) low and behold they are open. Now I’m at the restaurant, and I get 2 vegan pitas ( black bean.) I paid 25$ for these and there is barely any veggies on either. What a piss off. I understand not showing up last minute, but 45 minutes is plenty of time. Especially when I’m picking it up myself.
Good. They try very hard to make service as easy and as fast as possible. The staff friendly. They do their best there, it is good to see staff be nice and answer any question you have.
Good pitas and solid deals on Uber eats.
The girls working here are all very friendly and very busy, one problem is the one woman who was rude, and yelling and throwing paper orders. Not a customer, i think she was the manager and if she could see herself she would be very embarassed. Very poor example to set and my condolences to the staff that has to work with that. The pita was good, her performance was not!
