Great food, not much meat, way too expensive. Clean and fast service. Hey Pita pit put somes meats!!

Went there for the first time tonight, used the drive through. Team was very helpful, the guy at adding the toppings was a nice, fun guy who gave me good tips and a good laugh, you da man. Seemed like a genuinely good place. My chicken rice bowl was great.

Always get my pitas here when driving on 401. Right off the highway. The manager working this afternoon was awesome! He was training 2 new employees and was awesome at it, while making sure customers get the quality pita they pay for. Keep him around!!

Super friendly staff but good lord make sure you get there in plenty of time to get your order. Waited 20 mins to get ONE pita..there was one person taking orders one person at the grill one person doing the ingredients and about 4 or so employees wandering around behind the counter and the back room. The lineup was crazy..the drive thru was not available

We stopped by this Pita Pit on the way home from a road trip. The 3 people working the closing shift were so sweet and went out of their way to accommodate all my allergies (including cleaning the grill even though they were closed). They apologized numerous times for the 40+ minute wait but it was understandable, given the thunderstorm earlier that day. Thank you for being so kind and respectful of my dietary restrictions!

Extremely long wait time - over 20 minidress for lunch and the service staff cooking and preparing the food were not wearing masks. The food was good - but the experience was not.

Terrible service, super slow wait time at 2:30pm. 4 workers, all walking around like headless chickens, no leader, massive line up, no urgency, no system. We were asked numerous times if we wanted pita’s toasted, answered each time “Yes”, received pita not toasted. Customer ahead in line ordered from app, came in to pick up, order not even started. Worker ran to back to get more sauce, must’ve had to make it from scratch she was gone so long. No one in a hurry to complete orders. Too many people working one aspect of the order getting them wrong, lots of repeated questions. We were 4th in line, order took over 20mins from walk in to walk out. Pita Pit experience since the original owners sold the entire business has been less than stellar, no different then when most businesses are bought out. Service, standards and quality take a huge hit. Forever crossed off Kings Crossing and Gardiners Town Ctr (used dirty rag with plastic gloved hand to clean counter, then used same plastic gloved hand to fully make sandwiches) off our list. Napanee location still great. Haven’t been to Division/Princess location in 2yrs- hope it’s still good as the original location. And every review for the last year says pretty much same thing, and no one recommends. Obviously the owner & mgmt have no interest in fixing the consistent problems.

I have been to this store 5 or 6 times now when we drive through Kingston. Service was always good. Food was hot, made to order and fresh. Bonus is the drive thru. There are lots of restaurants in the area so it's good for families with picky eaters. We went today to this store and it was complete opposite of our other times. Today's experience was by far the worst experience at a Pita Pit.We ordered 2 pitas and both were wrong. They tried to fix things but the veggies were severely undercooked and very little meat in the pita. By the time we got the pitas we ordered, they were cold. The young lady making the pitas apologized multiple times and it wasn't her fault. The employee working the grill was the one who dropped the ball. Although I appreciated her apologies, we paid good money for the pitas and the whole experience was terrible.

I've always loved pita pit, this one will fry whatever you'd like on the grill, even pineapple, mmm pineapple. It's located next to Tesla chargers which made the decision to have lunch here very easy on our way back to Ottawa.

Waited for 15 minutes for a pita, and then asked for a refund. 4 customers ahead of me, there was a lady doing an order for many people. She stated while the line behind her kept getting longer, that they wouldn't allow her to order ahead of time. Seems counter productive to me. I work across the road, so it's convenient for lunch, however i would've had no time to eat it. If you're on timeline, go somewhere else.
