I ordered a pita and had requested mushroom, onions and green pepper on the grill. When I got home I was missing all three. So my pita was just lettuce, cucumbers and cheese. I was disappointed but get mistakes happen. I tried to call to fix the order, but it didn’t even ring. Tried a couple times, went straight to voicemail, so I left a message. It’s been over a week and no one has responded. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here. So very frustrated with the location.
Excellent service and food is good as always. Just need better pita bread as mine disintegrated halfway thru.
Pitas are always yummy here, great service.
Excellent place to go the employees are always nice. Bonus points they still sell the pita chips.
We placed a large pita order for a staff meeting recently. We were very impressed with the accuracy and quality of what we ordered. It was bang on and delicious. The staff were great to work with and very responsive. Will definitely frequent this particular location in the near future. It is VERY well run!
Please update your hours, if you are not open.I came by @7:30pm, the sign on the door said 8pm online (at the time) said 8pm. I knocked on the door to ask an employed standing just inside and was berated and screamed at to “f-off” ? thanks for the laugh.Went to The Supermarket instead. Happy to give them my money instead.
We had a great experience at this location. It was busy, but the line moved at a reasonable pace. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the questions we had about the menu. The wraps were fresh and made well. They didn't fall apart as you were eating them. They were made correctly and all the ingredients and meat tasted great and fresh. The location was clean and well organized. I love pita pit as a franchise, this location was no different.

Signs says 8 people are allowed to go in …there were no one in the restaurant still they didn’t let me in …waited there for 15 minutes i even knock the door and I saw two employees standing there no one bothered to open the door …why would you open the restaurant if you don’t want to serve customers.
Excellent service as usual. Friendly staff that treat you like family. They went out of their way to clean the grill because I'm allergic to onions. This caused a bit of a wait for others, so one of the owners kindly explained the situation and everyone was okay with the extra 3 min wait. Thank you Pita Pit for looking after me like one of your own.
