Negative experience, skip order was accepted at the bath location and then after 30 minutes I got a notification the restaurant closed. Called the other location and explained the worker said I would have to reorder with their location, no compensation for their technical issue. I asked if we could be prioritized for the mix up they said yes, the order was delivered an hour later. Pizza was barely warm, pita was soggy and fell apart two bites in. Will not order again.
Paradiso is a take out place.But they dont give you cutlery or napkins to enjoy your food.Either ask them for it before leaving or bring your own.If you forget. I guess they figure its your problem.Meal was 18 dollars.Priced high and fries were a little burnt.Not thuroughly impressed...
Ordered a 4 topping, only came with 3.Overcooked, no sauce, rubbery cheese, dough thickness is way too disproportionate. This has been an ongoing issue my last few orders and sadly won’t be coming back. Shame how the quality has gone so downhill. It’s just dough and cheese at this point.
We have supported this local pizza restaurant for years and I have to say that the quality and taste has deteriorated!! The crust is too thick and chewy. The tomato sauce has very little flavour. The cheese is rubbery. Very disappointed in this pizza!! Will not be supporting it in the future!! Sorry!
My wife and I frequently stop here to grab a quick bite on a long drive. We checked online and on the website and it said dine in available on both. We ordered ahead, unloaded our newborn and toddler and were informed the place is not open for dine in as indicated AND we were not allowed to use their washroom. You need to communicate this to patrons who stop here for this reason.
I waited over a hour for my food and did not get what I order. Phoned them and the girl was so rude on the phone. Said you didn’t pay for it so if you want it you can reorder and pay. I am not waiting another hour to get the food order they screwed up. There fault not mine. So rude and it should have been free … that’s good business… I would give them minus 10 if I could.
Pizza had hardly any toppings and they over charged us.

So instead of just giving up seeing as their menu is huge I ordered a PLAIN hamburger with cheese & bacon ONLY ! Waited over an hour to find my burger slithered with every condiment known to man. Not at all impressed. I do want to mention they did resend a burger but I could clearly tell that the woman I spoke with was not happy having to do that. Sometimes NO WORDS speak a thousand words. Personally I won't be ordering from their anymore. That's all I got...
I ordered spaghetti and was super disappointed. I'm pregnant and atm A LOT makes me sick, including cheese, my stomach can't take it, hence why I chose spaghetti. Well when I got home (which is 45 minutes from Kingston) and opened the bag, the spaghetti had about a pound of melted cheese on top? Why? Long story short, it's sitting in my fridge untouched 2 days later. What a waste of money. And no, it doesn't mention anything on the menu about the spaghetti having cheese on top. Doesn't even show cheese on the picture in the menu.
I wíll not be returning. It was the third time in a row that the food was wroñg, and dísfusting to boot. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. The only good thg was the garlic bread with cheese. Been a loyal customer since they first opened here. But no more not again. Ever
