Due to pandemic we didn't go out much over past two years. We also live in west end so tried few closer. That didn't workout, not as good as New Garden!Tonight we came back for our usual from New Garden, it was so good! Used à food bag to keep it as hot as possible.Kudos to delicious chinese food.?Awesome service,food,location....Highly recommend!?

Always great food at new garden, this is definitely our go to restaurant for Chinese food. Egg rolls and spring rolls are so good and fresh.
Have had food here before and it was very good that being said just stopped in to get a menu to order and pick up and encountered the absolute most IGNORANT individual running the counter. Instead of being thankful that he was busy and explaining we would need to place an order soon to be guaranteed he threw the pick up schedule at me and snarked you better order if you're going to. There will be no future purchases from this restaurant!!!
We went for our first visit after being told how amazing it is! They did not disappoint. The food was delicious, fresh and hot.The prices are so good and The service was friendly and so customer based. Asking me my likes and dislikes and giving suggestions was something I appreciated very much. Definitely will be back, and I suggest them to everyone!!

We went here yesterday and he was so rude. My step daughter is vegetarian also has gluten and dairy allergies so I asked if he could do just an order of rice noodle and vegetables and he kept raising his voice saying no substituting.
The guy taking the order and on pick up was rude(same guy). All I asked when picking up my order was about the total. I asked if that was including the 10%off for cash orders? (This is what is posted online for this restaurant. I googled a chinese food place because I'm not from this area). He was "like what's the difference. There's no difference in price. It doesn't say that! " Then he slams the menu on the counter. I'm like wow!!! You don't have to be rude about it. I even tried to explain your menu is online. That I googled this restaurant. He didn't want to hear about it. Very very rude. I was close to just walking out. I will Never go here again when I'm back in town. I suggest you find another place with better customer service. If it is a new change to the menu, you should probably take it off your Google menu. Or even just listening to your customers and letting us know there was a change or something..not be met with this unnecessary rudeness. Food was meh anyway. Save your money.
Food is decent. Asked about menu and owner was short and unfriendly. Not a good way to generate repeat business. I highly recommend you take some time to learn a thing or two about good customer service.
