I was walking by your store with my son who was holding 3 empty take out boxes (Sunday December 5 at 3pm). He kept dropping them and my hands were full. We were both struggling and some amazing sweet worker at your store came running from the store to give us a bag! I didn't have much time to ask her name but she was such an amazing person! Instead of watching, she actually helped us and for you to have staff like that is beyond incredible. I wish to thank her from the bottom of my heart
Worst Burrito! Will never go back! The mucho burrito wrap, or should be called rice wrap, is around 1/2 size comparing to other Mucho. All I could taste is only rice and beans. They put so little other stuff to cutoff the cost.
The staff here are wonderful, they are very open and kind. However their burritos are pretty meh. Not a whole lot of flavor, just a big fat burrito for a fairly heavy price.
Nice people working there and they're quick. Foods usually fresh. Sometimes the rice is older and soft. They've got lots of vegan options (beyond, vegan cheeze), except yummy sauces. They've got all your favourite pop and some Mexican ones too.
Worst experience ever at a Mucho Burrito.. clearly seems that staff has been instructed to use 1 burrito’s quantity into 2.. Ordered a beyond meat and it looked like i was the last person to order beyond meat before they get some more of it.. No second thoughts on the profitability of the business
Floppy quesadillas with garbage toppings, chose the vegetarian route the beyond meat faux beef was chewier than leather, vegetables were not “fresh” and were scooped out of a big tub to be rewarmed on a stove top.I shouldn’t have to cradle the quesadilla like a newborn, very disappointing

Customer service is all about making the customer feel comfortable at your place,Knowing that CSR knew the language I was speaking, I wanted to order in my own language,He was too obsessed about the english, although it was not upto the mark.A language is just a way of communication,If you can make a customer feel comfortable in the language you both know, you should use it.
