Went to Montana for dinner with the family and was super impressed with the service. The manager Jordan was so helpful and very attentive. Checked on our table a few times to see how we were doing. Was great with my kids and the food was fast fresh and delicious. The prices are fair aswell. Would def recommend to all my friends and family.

I have been to many different Montanas locations. This location on Division St stands out exceptionally. The food is always hot and fresh. The atmosphere is perfect and they are very accommodating for children. The manager Jordan East was very helpful during our many visits to this location. Overall a great experience and would recommend. 10/10.

Waitress never came to see how my lunch was. My spinach dip was good, the larger pita chips were good but the nacho chips were stale. So didn't get to enjoy. Someone else put my food on the table and walked away. The plate was burning hot and I was unable to reach it. Had to wait for it to cool off. Nothing like cold fries. I was handed a take out box and an interac machine and never saw the waitress again. So, guess no dessert either lol. What a fantastic experience ?Wont return as my business is clearly not needed.

Great service if you are a regular I guess.Individual took my order then went to chat with friends while I watched. When meal was done I had to ask another server for my bill since once my meal was delivered was basically ignored. No refill, no checking on how it was done or even an ask if I wanted dessert.Think I will dine elsewhere, I am pretty easygoing, this was bad enough for me to take the time and do a review.

just had dinner at this location and didn’t catch our servers name but she has curly, dark brown hair and she was beyond helpful & made sure everything was good for us, 10/10 service :) We did have a minor issue with our steak not being cooked as well done as we’d asked for and she quickly resolved it for us by offering a new steak and the kitchen staff is so great as well for making an entirely new plate for us (new steak, beans, and fries) it was amazing. Really enjoyed our visit and will return for sure :) thank you so much

Firstly, the staff were friendly and helpful.The only reason I’m giving three stars is because when I had made an order I specified that a certain part of the meal was to be not included. When I received the meal, it was on top of what I’d ordered. I told the waitress I had that I asked specifically for that to not happen, and she was kind and quickly brought it back to the kitchen. When it was returned, I noticed it was scraped off of the food. My problem with this is that if I had had an allergy, that would have been a major issue.Other than that, it was an alright experience.

Went to pick up an online order, the lady at the front desk was very kind and directed us to the bar to pick up our order. I told the woman at the bar I was picking up an order and showed her my order number on my phone. She proceeded to give me attitude saying that’s not what she needed. Finally she asked my name (which honestly should have been the first question). This was my first time ordering and will be my last. Please check your attitude before helping customers and be more clear on what you need from customers when picking up orders.

Other restaurants in the area still have dining closed despite restrictions being lifted.I can also count on Montanas for fast friendly service every time.Amazing delicious food.The only down side was staring into a kitchen area that was littered with garbage on the floor and watching all workers repeatedly step over it instead of picking it up.

Went here on December 26th at 6 p.m. Would give 4 stars if it wasn't for the front desk person/host who ruined our experience. Right from the get go, she was hesitant in talking to us with no eye contact and head facing down. Took us to a high table at the far end of the restaurant near the kitchen when the restaurant was fairly empty with free tables in the front. The food was OK. Since we were waiting for a while after we finished, I waved at the host who was walking past us at that time. She completely ignored me as she walked past me. I was surprised and that's when another random staff walks to our table and says the staff we waved at is not our server. I asked her if she could at least tell that to us rather than ignore us completely!!! She replies "That's not her Job!!" And walks away!!! This makes me wonder if it is a recurring incident, just like the other Asian guest who reviewed this restaurant before me had to experience at this place. I would recommend the management to train the staff, host and servers on proper customer service and communication skills.

Service was good. Steak was not as tender as I would have liked. I was disappointed in the onion rings. They were too bready and it felt like they had been sitting around for a bit. The cranberry rhubarb mule was tasty. All in all it was a slightly disappointing anniversary dinner.
