I was dining at this restaurant with family. One family member ordered the Caesar Salad and spinach dip. On her first bite of her salad she discovered something sharp in her mouth and pulled out a piece of finger nail. The server (who was very good btw) was aghast and said he would get the manager. The manager DID NOT COME. He offered our family member another salad but she was turned off by then. At the end of our meal while giving our bill he announced that the cost of the salad had been taken off the bill. Well she didn’t eat the salad so that was no great reimbursement. No other food item was taken off. We were visibly displeased so again the waiter said he would get the manager who finally showed up. Her first comment was “You noticed that the salad has been taken off the bill” like she was giving us a big present. She then said she would give us another food item to take home - well, we were pretty much already walking the door. We are not happy!
Excellent food and service as well as reasonable prices. It is a pleasure to meet with friends in an unhurried atmosphere.
Fantastic experience. The server Zhyon has a wonderful attitude and gave us the best service we’ve had at any restaurant. The food was great as well and we will definitely be back around again!
Food was great, restaurant was busy but still enjoyable. Our server Zhyon, was an absolute delight. So friendly, happy and attentive. Will definitely be back for his outstanding service!
Had Matt a few times as our waiter now and he’s been wonderful every time. Super quick, super efficient, very professional. Definitely coming back and hope to receive his amazing service again!
Had the fahitha dinner for 2. It was very good. Enough for 3 people if you order extra flat bread.
The best wings in Kingston hands down. I love Montana's, the service is great, staff is amazing, it's clean, the food is tasty, and it's consistently good. Speaking of the staff, Jenna makes you feel at home, and Luis, Luc, etc, are all amazing. The only negative is that Donna is no longer there, oh well, stuff happens. The food rocks, service is the best, what more can I say? Great experience.

Atmosphere was happy, bubbly. Servers were very attentive, very courteous, and knew their craft. I had the giant beef rib dinner, and let me tell you, I would eat it over and over. Definitely recommend for a nice evening.
First inside resturant meal in two years. Took advantage of birthday deal . Arrived at good time as we were seated immediately! Hannah our waitress came over quickly & took our drink order. We ordered rib taster/ apple butter & rib regular/ Texas bold. Food was served in timely manner. Looked delicious. Ribs were melt off the bone delish & finger lickin good? We topped the meal off with free b-day dessert to share...warmed cookie with ice cream & chocolate sauce drizzle with sparkler on top?thank you Hannah & staff....great b-day dinner with my hubby!C.J.
