Very slow... I'm noticing a trend with "fast food"... and McDonald's is just as bad... it's no longer fast and convenient... they're only worried about their drive thru times... anyways, this particular McDonald's was just slow (and I ordered 1 med fry...)
Not the only one who’s had multiple bad experiences with this place (slow service, cold food, being ignored, messed up and inconsistent orders). The only reason I go back is because I work on base and it’s quick.Not that they’ll care at this location or it’ll impact McDonald’s in any way, but today’s experience was finally the one that made me decide not to go back.It’s a weird order, I get it, I get the staff will inevitably talk about it, but do it when the customer(s) can’t hear you.
I spent the evening in a hospital and got my favorite sandwich and a vanilla chai frappe they were good to make my burger as they just took it off the menu for a new season. ,this is the best mc donalds in the city!
The Fast Food on base usually goes hand in hand. Which is why these guys get two stars. (Because the other place is getting One). But usually mis-matched orders. Inattentive first window staff. Adequate coffee. Not to mention that death trap of an Enter/Exit outside to Niagara Park Drive.Oh yeah, I suppose it goes without saying. Anyone else pay $20 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 fries? Sweet lord.
Drive thru order taker accurate in order taking, clear and her happy / bubbly personality projected very well though the ordering spot.Perfectly stacked multilayered burgers and fresh fries.Parking lot clean and garbage bins tended to.Great job team!
Be aware!!!Very unpolite and rude stall and they are cheatingwe had ordered 20 piece package nuggets and got only 10 pice box and no sauce. Claiming this the say w had eaten the other 10 peacies already.This is crimnal.
Ordered a crispy chicken bacon wrap, wrap was dried out and fell apart before I even picked it up.
every time I swing thru for a coffee the staff are funny...polite and get my order right... great way to start the day with a laugh and a good coffee
Hardly ever a long wait, even if it looks like it might be. Hot food, great service, and the first McDonald's in YEARS that hasn't messed up an order. This is now my regular McDonald's.
It was a good location but they did mess up a very simple order.
