Always stopped at this McDonald when travelling on HWY-401. This place is clean, staff is very helpful and food is always fresh.Recommend this area on HWY-401 as this has Tim Hortons, Starbucks, A&W, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen and Shoppers Drug mart.
Ordered 2 bacon and egg McMuffin meals. Coffee was great. Hash brown was hot and fresh, both of the egg McMuffin sandwiches tasted like they were made yesterday. Stale. Very disappointing.
I stop at this McDonald's every time I drive from Montreal to Toronto and I always have such a good experience. The food has always been hot and fresh but moreso the people that bring the food out to the curbside pick up are always extremely friendly and show a sense of pride in their jobs. 5/5 will visit again.
Sat April 30,2022 10:17pm the cashier working tonight absolutely deserves a raise, promotion and a big pat on her back. Only 2 staff members working the whole restaurant. People getting frustrated and rude with the young lady. However clearly and evidently, it's not her fault. It is managements fault. It always starts with management. Why on earth would you have a skeleton crew on a Saturday night. Stupid as they come, I guess. Not that cashier though.. SHE ROCKED!
Usually fast and efficient.They need to get a ranch dipping sauce in a package. I like ranch for the nuggets, and they always have to fill a little cup up with ranch & I end up being charged extra.
Still the best coffee of any chain restaurant! I drink black most of the time so you can really taste the difference, and they have flavor shots that you can add to treat yourself ❤️
23 May 2022: Made an order on the app. Decided to go to curb side pick up. Took just about 15 -20 minutes to get our order. Food was cold and the fries were floppy.When this McDonald's get busy the quality goes down alot.
Swing and a miss! Big Mac meal, fries were awesome fresh, crispy, hot. Bit into the Mac, and damn it was cold and the kicker was only one patty on the top. No wonder it was cold. Service was very friendly, so two stars I stead of one because of the fries and the staff.
It has come to our attention for the past two months that the staff either likes to give less than what's ordered, or new staff members don't know how to read the order screen... this is the 10th time our own order of dbl hamburgers are coming to us with a single patty. We even had one where we ordered a double hamburger with an extra patty and only got two..... smarten up and do the job right please.
Jan 23 9pm. Ordered a junior chicken combo. 4 min ride home. Fires are colder than room temp. Half the chicken isn’t even on the bun, it’s more like a deconstructed chicken sandwich. Ordered triple triple coffee. Straight to the microwave cause it’s cold and have to add sugar cause obviously you need a degree these days to make coffee. I’m not sure when it became acceptable to screw up every meal you make but the last few years my entire family will ?? if we actually get what we order. Rant over
