Ordered myself a Chicken habanero burger and each employee had such attitude, the lady in the main window practically threw the food at me then when I opened the food they put the sauce completely off the burger and it was on the side of the box leaking out. No sauce on the burger what so ever. Bad service and they mess up the food. Genius. Every employee at the second window has had attitude each time I’m there it’s embarrassing.
If I can give zero I would. Seems like the management doesn't care about cleanliness and good customer service. This place is always filthy every dinner. Absolutely a mess! Garbage overflowing, fries all over the floor, crumbs and syrup all over the counter. Counter person, don't know what they are doing most of the time.
Two times in the past two weeks we have gone here hoping to grab something quick. However, both times, lobby has been closed and down to one lane in drive thru, it is 7:30 on a Saturday night. If you can’t staff this location, temporarily close it, for the love of god. sat in drive thru for a solid ten minutes without any movement. Todd, (owner) figure your stores out! Wendys tastes better anyways
We had ordered two Big Mac Meals. Only received one. We had already two kids meals and they messed one of them up. Not a great experience and made for unhappy children at the picnic
Would give a lower rating but it won't let me. I walked out of the restaurant after waiting 15 mins, the gentleman in front of me waited 30 mins before he decided to leave. Not one employee spoke to, looked at, acknowledged either of us. I missed out on my lunch break due to this. I think the staff need retraining on customer service skills, perhaps I can do the training. Smile, make eye contact and say "welcome to Mcdonalds, my name is (insert your name)," follow it up by asking " how can I help you today", "what can I get". And always don't forget "would you like fries with that."
A few weeks ago I ordered plain burgers for my kids just cheese as they're picky.. get to the park 20min away and it turns out one has ketchup and the other has onions (no cheese).. I got them food elsewhere.. today I order a quarter pounder BLT and get home (20min away again) they somehow forget to put the burger patty on the sandwich? When calling to address the issue they say can you come back now or come in tomorrow around the same time?So the choice is spend gas money to come back and get what was paid for or come in when they tell you to rather than the next time you actually want the sandwich! Evening shift employees unprofessionally argue and yell at eah other while customers wait for their orders and they still can't manage to put the order out correctly. Unbelievable.
They need to get ranch sauce !I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets and asked for a cup of ranch instead of the other "dipping sauces" they had and they told me they couldn't do it, where as other locations have done it no problem, and others have charged me for either Mac sauce or tarter sauce.The nuggets werent fresh, but rather warm. It was a work day for me and honestly I didn't have time to to back.Either way, maybe you need to get a ranch button or cup of ranch button or figure out the charge.
Went today, the day before Easter, right at noon. . . They were SLAMMED! But, they were properly staffed, everyone was working towards getting the orders filled, and just doing the best they can. One woman complained about the "disgusting long wait" but like, look around you there's 10 people waiting for their orders and the drive through was wrapped out the parking lot into the road. It was chaos but they were doing great and the best they could. Coming from a history of working at a McDonald's myself, it was just a impossible situation. Despite that, our order was freshly and properly made. Good job guys.
Second visit in a row, different days. How hard is it to make coffee without grounds in it ? I've had a LOT of grounds in my coffee from the last 2 visits on different days. Is it really that difficult to make coffee without getting grounds in the finished product ?
Seems that accuracy is not a priority for this place. Missing an item or 2 seems to be a regular occurrence. Upgrade to large fries and half the box was empty. One time there was an entire meal missing from my order. Since then, I avoid this particular location
