Messed up my order in the drive thru. Went back in, ordered again, took an extra 20 mins. Got home to find all the wrong sauces in my bag.Unorganized and careless staff.

This outlet is common as far as McDonald's goes. The inside seems to be relatively clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is good. My ratings of McDonald's stores varies quite a bit as it really seems to depend on the owners and the staff they hire. In terms of the food, McDonald's is McDonald's. I have to say, in terms of this particular store, I've been in a lot worse and haven't been in many better. Although, I did wait 10 minutes in the drive-through one night only to be informed they were out of decaf coffee.

I ordered a kids nugget meal with apples and sweet and sour and relieved fries and no sauce. The other meal was a chicken blt meal and it was fine.

They should be organized for deliveries. 12 people working just doing random stuff. No care for delivery drivers???

Update: Out of pure foolishness, I decided to give this McDonald's another chance. Again, there is meat on my clearly-marked No Meat Big Mac (new photos added). Shame on me and shame on you, sandwich makers. ☹Why does this keep happening?!?! Again, my Big Mac no meat has meat on it. Another disappointing experience from this “restaurant”.

Line up but was still quick. All very friendly. Asked my drinks be filled below the full line, which the employee (very friendly) confirmed and followed through.

So this location is very close and convenient, and as my wife and I enjoy mcdonalds, I go here fairly often. Generally I don't have too many complaints, reasonably quick service (when not crazy busy) whether going in or drive thru, and they have rarely messed up my order personally. However, their speakers at drivethru definitely need to be replaced, as I have to basically yell every time and they still seem to have a hard time hearing me. It is also strange and quite annoying that except at the busiest of times (and sometimes not even then) they only take orders at one speaker at a time, even though THEY HAVE 2. I once sat at one speaker for a few minutes waiting for someone to come on, with a lineup forming behind me, while cars were being served and flying through at the other speaker just beside me. I eventually yelled into the speaker to see if anyone was there, and they took my order shortly after. Also their ice cream machine was broken the most recent time I went so slight points off for that >_<

Slowest and most disorganized McD's ever, and I had a Big Mac in over 13 Countries. 10 min waits in drive through while the other lane empties and fills faster than the babbling of the lackadaisical worker on the mic. Not even an apology for the long wait. Won't be back there for my monthly McMuffin

After my experience this morning I'll just be going to Tim Hortons from now on, it's closer to my work anyway and I only came here every morning for the Chicken McMuffin.I've been let in early by 5 minutes every morning as the first person for a few weeks and today just about missed my bus because I waited at the door until 6:02 am for drive thru customers to be served, I then had to ask if the store was opening yet as the door was being closed by employees Infront of me. Pretty crazy as someone had let an employee out the door and locked it behind them while staring at me at 5:56 am.

Been here 3 times. All 3 times our orders were missing 2-3 items completely. Be better.Make it 5 times.. won’t be back (Updated review)
