Worst place ever visited the in my life. Their staff doesn’t even know difference between triple triple and a black coffee. I ordered a triple triple coffee they gave me a black coffee stating that is what I initially ordered. Not even a single word of apology. Not the type of service I usually get from McDonald’s.
Fries were cold. Ordered a separate large fry and received a medium. This location rarely gets our orders correct.
Fast and professional, but sometimes my double hamburgers come with only one pattyUpdate: nothing like hearing one crew member working on deliveries say "you're up two sausage and eggs" when you've already been waiting for almost 5 minutes for your single sausage and egg mobile order, and then getting it 3 minutes later.
The setting for dining in is very cozy. But there is a 30min dine time limitation. We ordered take out and we got food pretty quick. There were not many people there.
My friend had his coffee spilled on him in the drive thru, came to pick me up and we came back for him to speak to the manager. She was very friendly amd was more then willing to offer 2 free meals for the incident. Now i hope this doesnt give the impression to get your coffee spilled on you for a free meal. I think they also knew him as a regular customer but i was indeed happy to enjoy a meal! Grateful
Just like every other mcdonalds in this city... horrible, paid for double big Mac got a single, no dipping sauce for nuggets that my kids wanted, no condiments, basically the whole order was messed up , brutal... last time I complained at the one on gardiners road when a whole meal that was paid for was missed was told I'd be mailed a voucher for the replacement meal, and it never showed up either ... I get it, it's fast food not high end but I should at least get the food I pay for
Boomers lately were that they gave us less nuggets, sometimes it took them too long to have our order ready in the drive thru, apart from that, I must say BLT crispy chicken is delicious and staff is fairly nice.
Drive thru is very good at this location, busy location so check the items before leaving.However, when ordering with Uber Eats there's a lot of issues sometimes. This was someone else's entire order that mostly went to the garbage.
Ordered breakfast with 2 hash browns only recived one.. called when i realized, super happy and helpful to correct their mistake!!! Excellent customer service above and beyond. ( have had many issues with online ordering mess ups this was the first time i felt like a valued customer)
Very friendly and efficient service.Has a very clear seatingplan for covid 19 and delivers your order to your table.Rebel and I have enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We are very pleased with the quality of service, the immaculate cleanliness, and the relaxing atmosphere. ?
