Going through the drive through at night your food is precooked a long time before you get it it sits in a tray in a warming oven away longer than it is so Post to and when you receive it it is cold and not worth eating you might as well throw it to the RATS I will never eat there again
Drove thru was pretty quick, they forgot the crystals for my 4 year Olds happy meal which sucked! But overall not as bad as the midland Ave location
The drive-thru is chaos. There is no alternating you could sit in one lane like I did today while five cars go through the other lane it was 12:00 noon. I ordered one McDouble not a special order. Nothing by the time I ordered and got to the window about 2 minutes, said double cheeseburger not ready. Asked me to go into the parking lot while I'm waiting for my single McDouble and employee saunters out. Delivers a meal to somebody else. Chats with her at the window for about a minute plus goes back inside... Yes first world problems. I get it but McDonald's not having hamburgers ready to make a double at lunch time. Unacceptable
This place has the better coffee. And tonight everything was hot and fresh when i grab a quick dinner on the go.! Great jobs!
It was okay today. Not too busy. Fast service.
poor service with hardly warm food . McDonald's quality is slipping and has become my last choice when choosing a place to eat
My wife and her mother ordered via the drive-thru. Received the wrong order, and phone calls were unanswered.. $25+ for 2 chicken burgers...
Gardiners Rd. Kingston location.We all recognize that this is not fine dining and therefore have lowered expectations... that said, it still did not prepare me for the incredibly poor service my wife and I received.Prices have continued to rise, yet we have all seen service levels decline... even after reaching out to to McD Corp. the level of service was very poor.My $$'s will be spent elsewhere going forward.
Well the food was good. But uber delivered it, took for ever, had to heat it
Only asked for a medium double double decaf got handed a coffee with his hand wrapped around the whole cup, so I had to grab it from the top. In doing this the lid was not on securely again and the lid popped off and cold coffee ran down the inside and outside of my door. The fellow apologized and told me he would brew a hot one and deliver it to me outside in the parking area. Waited 15 minutes and no body showed up. Couldn’t wait any longer?
